Okay i was in cm 10.0.0 stable and the nightly. And notice my 3g going off an and text over 160 won't send at all, so I switch over paranaoid I think I spell it right anyways same issue. My question is does all cm 10 base or aosp base ROM have los bug? I believe that's what's its called

Yes there's a bug with the 3g-lte handoff, its been there for a while day but I think tomorrow's nightly (tonight) will fix it, hopefully, there's a thread about it anyways.

I have been flashing ROMs like its going out of style. Been on synergy, Mack ROM, miui, and root box. For some reason though Root box is the only ROM I get data over mobile network, and its only 1X. I was getting 3G fine before today. Any help would be appreciated.

Just go to the android development page, click on jedi, tweak or my rom threads and read away. IMO those are the best starter roms. But do read before posting because id say 95% of the questions that ppl usually ask have already been answered.

I'm not sure if there's a way to get it on rooted stock. But I do know the synergy rom with multi window is incredible. My phone has been stable and smooth running for awhile, had a little issue but smoothed it out pretty easily.

Did you do a nandroid backup then flash CM10.1 rc2 and find out? I say this because as a rule with CM10.1 some phones tend to act different as I'm sure you can tell from the thread.

LTE worked when I was running it. Not as well as Touchwiz but it did work.

I would assume that the second release candidate would have working lte as late has been working for nightlies since forever. However your phone may be different. Aosp ROMs are different in their api(or whatever) levels. Notice how you cant just toggle lte on tw? On aosp you can just turn it on and off no problem. And signal isn't as strong from my experience. Same speeds just different. So if your late sucks now you might have issues with it.

Im currently rooted and running wicked have never had any issues and recently im unable to load the facebook app or the mobile site I am however able to load over WiFi and in incognito has anybody had a issue similar to this ?

I think it has something to do with FB. My wife's N4 and my moms gs2 both have been having the same issue. Neither is rooted 100% stock.
