That's what LG says, but I think they are just hoping that the Mayan prophecy will come true and the world will end on 12/21 so they don't have to follow through.

This theory is 100% true. On the Mayan calendar you will notice a little bowl of jellybeans on the head of the central figure:

Bahahaha.... Thats hilarious.
Whats funny is he probably tripped over news for ANOTHER Samsung device.
There never was an FC09 build for the E4GT that was tested by Sprint. But seeing as how there are plenty of other Samsung devices using the same naming scheme for builds.....
Wrong Epic, right version.

Thanks for the clarification. I gave my OG Epic to my brother-in-law to play around with. It's no longer activated so he's just been messing around with WiFi and can use it to make calls with Google Voice via WiFi.
If it was about to get an ICS official update I was going to temporarily reclaim it. lol

It's probably for all the unlocked GSM Galaxy Nexus phones on their network.

I am pretty sure that that app was on my phone after I got the official ICS update. It just replaces the my account app we have now it is just a web link
Edit nevermind I see it wasnt the app but 4.1 he was asking about. Guess I should ead a litter closer next time.
So out of curiosity, has anyone tried to download and use this? lol

Stumbled across this SamMobile article today, looks promising for us.

Not our GS2. That is the international, this has happened with ICS as well. There isn't too much connection between the phones as far as I know. But we will get our jellybeans in time.

Btw, nice sig.
I hope soon
I have seen the leak, but who knows. We saw pretty stable ICS leaks for quite a while, but they kept polishing up little bugs. I hope it comes sooner rather than later. Only thing I care about is a Jelly bean kernel from source so the devs can make awesome custom ROMs.
