Anyone have a newer version of SetCpu?

I have version 1.4.6 of SetCpu.apk on my sdcard. It doesn't have a listing for the Slide because it's older. Is there another phone model I can select from the list or is there a newer version of SetCpu thats out...free maybe?

How to get started! Help!

(Q) CDN Rom for S3 (resolved)

Hey team, could someone point me in the right direction for a CDN version Rom? I'm looking to root and install something non stock to her device. Would prefer cdn rom to ensure bell mobile tv works.

Most roms work with canadian modems just gotta flash it afterwards as for that bell mobile tv just install the apk when your done installing the rom

I came from the note 1 where any ol rom wouldn't allow mobiletv to work. All the customs, thus why I was asking about cdn specific.

Any rom works with mobile TV, you just need to edit the build prop (build.prop editor in market) and change these two things to this:
ro.Product.model=SGH-I747M
ro.product.name=d2v1

Hi all, cibc has a mobile payment app out, yet play store wont let me download, i guess because i am not on touchwiz. i am rooted and running task's ROM. Could anyone help me out and extract the apk file and link to it???

Really? I didnt do that... I pulled it from my phone immediately after installing.
*Edit: Downloaded and tried it again myself... it's the CIBC Mobile Payment app... dunno what you're doing.

Awesome I got it to boot just to encounter chinese!!! LMAO! it reminded me of MIUI when it first came to out to our end! LOL is this going to get fully translated? is this a WIP?? I'm having a Blast with this.. Im gonna mess a bit more with it.. Thanks once again! @Tquetski!!

Amazing work
My headphones jack isn't working in this ROM.
Any idea what to do or how I can fix that.?
Besides that I would get a black screen during calls but that fixed itself with some reboots.
Any hiccups within the rom there is an app to replace it in the market.

I cant get SU to work in ColorOS. Any one can confirm that they got SU working
* i already flashed the SuperSU
* i already updated the SU
* i already re flashed the rom X3
* 3 times clean flash.
If anyone has sugestions please let me know.

You got it in english? Or do you just read chinese?

Installed twice. 1st time had English, got the wrong phone number format error. Tried area code, etc. Doesn't seem to affect rom any, just curious.

And BTW, I had posted in private to you more than a few times I would make it worth your while for some help. But you only put me down in public. Really great support... I will leave it to others for help.

Well generally the chinese firmware doesn't support our SMS it doesnt work on my model either; I don't know much about ColorOS.
You must enter SuperSU and have ti ignore CMs native root settings in options for root I did find

That's just a reality; an ADB dump would work too though but the upload would be huge

Well look at the op. Not too much information about the ROM. What do you expect from this guy really. Thanks for the port but really a little more effort goes a long way. I tried the rom and I can't get gapps to install properly and I really dislike the keyboard that it comes with. The ROM is nice with a lot of customization. I just wish half of the text wasn't in Chinese.
