mods are doing their thing bro, the thing is, newbies are just uncontrollable and they keep on spamming
And can't they just tighten the rules so that any double post will be removed and direct the newbies to the right path. I know that its hard to keep checking the forums all day but for some reason i just can't keep looking at the precious threads getting suppressed by the spams no one in the future will be able to find the useful threads and the forum will not go in the way that it is supposed to.

U r the ppl who have big mouths and big heads and do nothing about any wrong thing happening to our forum. I just posted this to protest spamming and i knew that some big headed ppl like u wont understand it. Anytime when someone does a new thing u ppl used to say no to them regardless of anything and mind u, YOU r d ones who contribute to the destruction of the forum. So keep ur big stinking mouths shut and DO something which really matters to our beloved forum.

Add q & a sub forum. Why is it so hard to create it? Asking questions is seriously not spamming. Asking all the questions in just one faq thread is ridiculous since everyone want to get as attention as possible by making a new post. Many questions in faq thread are left unanswered which makes the newbies frustrated and spam the forums. Simple solution, make a q & a sub forum. Problem solved.

As i am a S II owner too. I don't visit 5360 forums much.
But whenever i Visit Galaxy Y General Thread, i see alot of People Questioning Here instead of Q/A Sub Forum.
Please Guys Read Rules Before Posting and This Thread is For GUIDES and Info not for Questioning.
Mods have a Personal life too dont make them Busy, They have another tasks than Shifting Questions from General to Q/A
So Please its a Request, if Mods are Soft to You, that don't mean you can do whatever you want. They have alot Things to Do Please Respect them.

no its not the indians, or whatever race there is,
i have good indian friends here in xda who are logical and intellegent,
its not a matter of racial origin but of ignorance,
most new users want quick answers and want them right away,
they forget they don't pay us to fix whatever problem they have or do as they please and plead,
we do it because we want to help and we care,
if they think making thier phone look cool is the purpose of xda,
they can just GTFO

No one is trying to be an internet tough guy, it's just rude and disrespectful and ignorant on your part, to think you are special to have your own thread. Why do you need your own thread? A mod went through 7 threads to lock them down and point people into one thread so that way it is easier on them, only for you to make a whole new thread... This is a Forum for phones and developing with a set of rules, not a social forum.

Congrats on becoming a mod when did that happen ? I didnt no they locked up those threads I just new there was controversy about it. They must of got locked recently cause I was unaware and I check these forums almost everday. Maybe I skipped a day. if it's in the general section, why can't we discuss it? why is this topic so taboo? i understand not needing a thousand threads on the same subject and getting people to search first...i know its not a social forum (it is, but that's a matter of semantics) but this IS the General section which is defined as "Discussion about the T-Mobile Samsung Galaxy S III (general chat, tips & tricks, etc)". would a discussion about LTE not fall into this category?

You just read that way, I convey no emotion in these threads usually. I may come off as a "douche" and I apologize, but it is what it is and you are making a thread even though you knew there were plenty prior. Maybe you're just sensitive, I don't know but I wasn't trying to be a jerk or anything, this is a forum for phones, again not a social club. I'm not a mod and glad I'm not cause they have sooo much to do, I have to up keep my own stuff for the users. I report cause they ask us to, they prefer that then having so many threads open on one subject. They also don't scour the threads like some of us users, so they probably wouldn't see this. I was appointed an RC for many reasons, and one of them being I follow rules, and help them and the users. I don't not follow the rules intentionally though. Like I said, I asked if they could lock 8 threads and I provided links to all of them so that'd be easier for them. I got a thanks and that they have been meaning to do so for a while. They made a sticky on not to make any more threads about it and you persisted to do so. Just letting you know, that's it.
The mod must have accidentally locked that thread as well. Not my doing, when they come to lock that one he will read and unlock that thread I'm sure. The topic is just a beaten horse with the same stuff brought up over and over. Just read that 5 page thread and see how far people have come on making one person understand, or better yet, read the 7 that I linked and tell me if you have a better understanding on the matter at hand. I won't sit there and read through them all, I would prefer they all be on one thread and that the OP that made the thread update the 1st post with all the links that provide good info. But that would be my way of handling the matter.

I agree. You can usually find your answer a lot quicker on Google than posting a duplicate thread and hoping someone replies. You also avoid people like abcdefg pointing out the obvious.

OrRrrrrr what eflip88 said learn...learn to exert some effort to do xda with respect and read ,think , browse into topics and sub topics.. every question one could think of has proably been asked already...99% of the time.And when you find the answer you'll be proud all on your own...this is why recognized and elite members have become so Mad
