[Q] Huge issue with 4.1 and headshot control - AT&T, Rogers, Bell, Telus Samsung Galaxy S III

Hi everyone! Just updated to Jelly bean 4.1. Everything seems good but there's 2 thing that annoys the hell out of me. When I have my headset connected, holding down the play/pause button no longer allows me to skip to the next song. Instead it launches Google Voice Search and there's no way to disable or change that. What's even MORE annoying is if your phone is on vibrate and you hit the play/pause button, it takes the phone off vibrate and in to the sound setting. Is anyone else having the same problem or is it just me? The latter is driving me nuts!

[Q] MIUI volume

I have HTC Desire CDMA, I'm running the MIUI rom 12.24 and I'm noticing that in-call, speaker phone, and notification volumes s are low even if they are turned all the way up. I came from cyanogenmod 6.1.1 and I didn't have this problem, the in call volume was perfect and the speaker volume was almost too loud even turned all the way down.
Does anyone know of any fixes for this? maybe a setting i'm not finding or a volume booster? any help please? thank you

Why won't the speaker shut off?

No matter what I plug into the headphone slot, all the system sounds, alerts, notifications, etc. Still come out the phone's rear speaker. Worse yet, after 2-3 notifications the media sound stops coming out of the headphones and starts coming out of the speaker also. How do I stop this?

BT Headset Call Answer button opens S-Voice

i just bought a BT Headset "Motorola HK250" and its paired fine.
on my Stock S3 i have the home button set "NOT" to open S-Voice.
in S-Voice settings i pretty much have everything un-checked.
when i recieve a phone call when the headset is paired with the phone and i hit the call answer button on the bt headset it opens S-Voice.
I HATE THIS
what i want to see when i hit the call answer button is my phone dialpad so i can see the phone number or name of who i just answered the call from.
i use groove ip pro (so it uses the native dial pad) along with google voice over wifi for all of my phone calls (this shouldnt make a difference)
what would be great is if i hit a button on the bt headset it would tell me who is calling and then a button again to either ignore or answer.
how can i do this?
thanks
btw i searched and searched but im not having any luck on this

It doesn't call the last person you talked to if you hold the button to answer a call? Also just use s voice to dial maybe?

Settings>Accessibility>text-to-speech output check driving mode, it'll tell you who's calling and read your texts
It's not perfect, but it's a fix

No sound from main speaker.

Hello!
I have a Galaxy S4 which is having some issues with the main rear speaker. I have checked all settings and made sure the volume was all the way up. There is no sound at all coming from the rear speaker. I have tried resetting to factory settings with no luck. I have replaced the speaker with another known good speaker and nothing.
Does anybody know or has any idea what could be causing this??
