Your telling me you can't find which version to use from that list.... Surely you can read the part that says android 4 that's is the part you need.

You need the TouchWiz framework!

The link to the firmware is already available on the development forums. Download it and flash with flashtool if you're bootloader unlocked.

its only had super user app installed i did it to free up some space will it still flash back to stock mate

Just right click it, then click "Save Link As..."
Just download using diff. Browser ie8 worked for me u should try that...

May this process work for you.
Try using lucky patcher, navigate to troubleshoot in menu > remove fixes and backup' (insufficient storage available).
