(Request) Windows HTC driver .inf files - HTC One V

Does anyone have the actual Windows .inf driver files for HTC One V? I'm on windows 8 and the setup file won't work. I've read I need to install the .inf files manually and I can't extract them from the setup.exe. Thanks.

SGS drivers without Kies

Is it possible to find installer for drivers without installing Kies?
Go to Softpedia.com and search for Samsing galaxy S USB
Have u try it? It gives the link to driver scanning software but not the driver itself. This soft scans all PC devices and after all can`t download the drivers for SGS. I asked for the link to MSI file with SGS driver...

For Vista/7 x64 there is a driver on my mirror. I don't know if it works for x86 or Windows XP. You can give it a try
All you need to do is download 7-zip and extract the kies executable, then search the files from it for a folder called usbdriver and extract that cab too, and then run the exe there.
The drivers are here http://www.mediafire.com/?cdtpoxwgk3l6j21
If your trying to disable Kies so you can just mount the phone normally without Kies running, make sure you have enabled USB debugging in your settings. If your phone starts Kies when it's plugged into your PC, you already have a recognizable driver for your phone.
I have both x86 and x64 USB driver sets but they're too big to attach and I can't upload to any hosters as our corporate firewall is, shall we say, draconian.
Maybe later, if no one else has managed to get theirs up. *Ahem*
Kramiz advice seems pretty clear. Otherwise try uploading to wuala.com.

If you install 7-Zip you will get some options to extract the file when right-clicking exe files in explorer, choose "extract to folder" and look around in that folder for another folder called "usb driver", in there is a cab file which you can extract in the same way. Then just run the installer you get from that cab.
where can download drivers for XP please?
If you install Kies it wil install teh USB drivers.
When you uninstall Kies it leaves the USB drivers installed.
They have to be uninstalled seperately.

Drivers?
Seems like you are missing the HTC drivers. Did you install them?
Download HTC sync, and install it. Connect the phone in fast boot mode. On your computer, go to "c: programs /HTC and take the driver that HTC sync installed and copy the folder on the desktop. Then go to device manager, there will be an unknown device (like Android 1.0),right click on it, do proprieties, update driver and locate the driver folder on your desktop. Done
lol you don't have drivers
install it from here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2217397

How To: Install WP8 SDK on Windows 7 for Developer Unlock & App Loading

I have successfully unlocked and installed wp8 sdk in my 64-bit windows 7 (on an old Lenovo t400). I am new to xda, and would really like to post how to do this in the developer forum. Since I am new to the forums, I'll go ahead and post a brief how to on the matter unless a mod would allow a brotha to post it in the developer forums. Here are the instructions (I will update with more specifics as needed):
1. You must be using a 64-bit windows 7 machine (MUST be a 64-bit processor and windows 7 OS)
2. You must also have a registered developer account (for registering the phone)
3. Update your computer's bios and chipset....restart as needed.
4. Plug in your windows phone via USB and be sure that windows installs the appropriate drivers AUTOMATICALLY for the phone (most of you have probably set the computer not to automatically install drivers using windows...you can disable this later)
5. Download and install Zune software, .net framework 4.5, visual studio 2013 preview.......restart your computer as needed.
6. Find an .iso of the WP8 SDK (pir****ay has a torrent floating around of this somewhere). A packaged .rar will also do.
7. Once downloaded (either an .iso or .rar of the SDK), unpackage the contents into a folder of your choosing
8. Find and run WPSDK_en.msi (will be in an SDK8 directory)....you can use windows search in the folder you've extracted the files into
9. A bunch of errors about creating a shortcut will appear when you run the file...ignore them and continue.
10. Find and run MobileTools_WPImages_enu.msi (should be in WPImages directory)
11. Find and run WPSDK_en.msi (this will be in the SDK7.1 directory.......if you use windows search there will only be two files with this name, the first one being the file you ran before in the SDK8 directory, and the one you will run now from the SDK7 directory)
12. Find and run Start MobileTools_WPImages_enu.msi (this will be in the WPImages directory)
13. Restart your computer
14. Make sure your phone is plugged into the computer via USB
15. Run Windows Phone Developer Registration program and proceed to register your phone
If you receive errors about the phone not being recognized when you attempt registration, you are most certainly running into problems with your computer recognizing the all the drivers for your phone. Review step 4, and update drivers until all are recognized by windows (you will see green check marks next to drivers associated with your phone). Note: 'Windows Phone IP over USB Transport' is the most crucial driver to have installed.
You can install applications using Application Deployment or Windows Phone Power tools.
I made an installer for the WP8 sdk for Windows 7...
The installer is located at http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2422751
