Try backing up your whole stuff from sd card and then wipe it totally.
There is nothing wrong with it.

Try using SD card analyst from ES file explorer, you will get beter reading.
Check Lost.dir on your SD card and delete whatever is in there. It's a folder for recovering corrupt files during startup. Had a 2.5GB file there.

hey,i just bought ion (LT28i) and i'm new to android. so now i'm installing app and games, but it always installed in phone memory, not internal storage. btw, phone memory only have 1GB and internal storage still have 11GB. and seems have different partition.
so my question is, how can change install default location from phone memory to internal storage? my phone memory almost full and moving installed apps or games manually to internal storage is tiring. and i wont buy sd card in the while, maybe later. or someone have another solution? beside sd card, of course. (i have search and read that)
sorry for my bad english, and i dont know if its ok to post in at&t ion as mine is not at&t...
thanks

I would think you would know if you rooted it or not. But basically if you root your device you can go into a terminal app and type:
pm setInstallLocation 2 to have it auto install to external storage instead of internal.

i guess, no. its not rooted. i just bought and download apps. that's all.
i don't have external storage now. i just want to use internal storage, not phone memory. that's 2 different storage, right? (internal storage and phone memory)

With the ion there's internal memory, built in non-removable sd-card and then removable sd-card. So to have it install by default to the built in sd-card you have to root and do that command. Otherwise just move the apps manually in settings->applications.

did you do something with your vold.fstab?
i don't get it, where is your other internal sdcard ? or you mean your external sdcard?
like post above. you maybe screw vold.fstab
check your external sdcard using sdcard reader first.

That happens to me everytime I restart my phone (with the same ROM). What I do to solve the problem is to manually edit the vold.stab file and do the swap thing (if you don't know how to swap, click HERE). Then, I reboot the phone and, when it boots, re-edit the vold.stab file, do the unswap and reboot the phone. Then it is solved
I think it is a problem related to storage permissions and that it will be fixed in the next update

Did you read that thread?
Mini how to
Click add to add a folder pair
Select a source directory that you want to move files from. This should be somewhere in your internal sdcard. Usually located at /mnt/sdcard
Select a destination directory that you want to move files to. This should be some folder in your external sdcard or OTG drive.
FolderMount will offer to move the files to the destination. Click yes.
After the moving process is done, click on the pin. If the pin is green, you're all set.
Note: The files will appear in both the source and destination after pinning them. This is normal as the files that you see in your internal sdcard are actually located on your external sdcard. This is how FolderMount "tricks" apps that don't have the ability to save explicitly to the external sdcard.

Give me the properties of /data. It can be the problem or backup your data then do a data wipe. If the result still same, restore your data again. And try reflash your rom
EDIT: check the internal SD using PC, if the result same check your download folder, if contain big files, try to move it to your extsdcard

I have a 128GB sandisk class10 microsd.
I can run and write fiels to it without any problems using root explorer. But Apps have problems accessing it. Like utorrent cant save downloaded files to a location on extsd or other apps. Also i keep getting sdcard insterted message from time to time.
ansl also when I try to ftp to my ext card from pc, it wont write. i must transfer them to my internal then move them from phone to external.
