I'm rocking nightlies
It's really about the same
Most of the commits for nightlies don't affect stability

Stable build was only released to allow users to submit issue tickets.

In op scroll down to get nightly build here. Or you can get it through ROM manager like someone else stated. I always use the nightly builds when they are available.
Are you on ICS or jb?
If you are on ICS I would recommend Odin back to stock.

CM10 has a built in updater which is pretty nice and allows you to read the changelog for the various releases.
Goomanager is what I used originally, it's better in some areas worse in others, I'd still take it over Rommanager.

Yes in the CM Updater, but I don't think you can in CyanDelta which is the updater I'm using currently.
I have been using the cm10 stable because I needed security password working for hotspot tethering. Last month this feaure was not working on the nightlies. Will gladly try nightlies again when this is fixed.. Is it fixed yet?

Hi. Does this mean that this is an OFFICIAL cyanogenmod version? I don't like using alphas and betas as I need a stable daily driver with zero to no flaws

well, it's the official release from CM but it's not the final release. should be a lot more stable than previous releases

RC2 means Release Candidate 2 ...this version is 90% stable, normally there are 3 release candidates before a stable release.
Well if it didn't have bugs, then it wouldn't be called Release Candidate.

I've been using cm9 since they started making nighties, you can easily install RC2 as a daily driver. Battery's good, fast and pretty stable.
I've been running cm9 Nightlies for a long time now, and they where all pretty much stable for a dd. They could have called them stable releases for all I knew lol. Been running rc2 since it released and so far so good. It's why cm is has always had the best roms

Should I do a complete wipe before flashing to this? Running nightly 7/15 at the moment.

Does anyone know if there is much of a difference between the RC2 and the RC2 nightly, I'm thinking not much since they are both the same size. Thanks

Well guys, I know there isn't a lot of stable JB roms out there.
But based on YOUR opinion and experience which ones are the best? It could be AOSP.
Actually most of them I've tried have been pretty stable. I'm on paradroid right now and everything is smooth.

Sprints official jb port is by far the best one.

Read those threads and see what people post the most of. Being spoon fed is shunned here. It only takes about 5 minutes to skim through the last 5 pages and get an idea of the ROM.

I've tried. Trust me lol. I just can't get convinced since some users have bad experience on it. I'm very familiar with android, so I was planning on asking someone whos running it.
Btw, I couldn't install PA.

4+ hours of screen time with lean kernel
I personally have been using Deviant Dev FrostyJB_4.1.1-v6. It is really fast but not has fast as Wicked ICS v7 Rom. But I just love the Frosty Jelly bean the only problem I am having now is that whenever I restart my phone it switches the default keyboard back to stock and not swiftkey 3.
i've been jumping around from CM10 nightlies, PA 2.23/2.51/2.52, and Liquid Smooth RC7... trying to find a good battery.
out of the 3, i like CM10 the most, so i'll probably go back to CM10 nightlies, if not CM10 M2.
My fav have been so far Frostys and Paranoid Android, Im currently using the Sprint Jellybean release which seems to be to basic compared to those mentioned.
Latest cm10 nightly for me

It's stable but you need to flash the new radio UVMC6 for optimal connectivity.
I found it very buggy, smoothish, but suffered from a lot of sleep of deaths

I tried it, but then I had a bunch of SODs and random reboots. I'll go back to RC2 with new radio and Cerux kernel.
I've been on 5/17, well, since 5/17. I was going to updated on Sat, and then today, but it's working so well I left as is. Everything is working great.
Are we getting RC3?
