Hello to all.
I know that dhd not has a trackball but i want ask to everybody if exists a way to completely unlock screen for example with double press on power button or with volume button.
Anyone can help me?

[Q] lock button alternative?

My lock button is shot, and I was wondering if there was a way to give the volume rocker the same functionality for waking up the phone. I do not want to bypass the lock screen, such as with no lock, and I want to use the default lock screen not widget locker. Is this possible? I just want the phone to wake up when I press the volume button.
Side note, anyone else break their power button and replace it or fix it? It doesnt seem like it would be all that difficult, just wondering if anyone else has done that.

anyone have any solutions for this? I'm rooted so if there is any way to actually re-map the volume up key to have the function of the power key I could do that....

Cm7. 1 has an option to use the volume rocker to wake the phone.
Edit.... Decks rom might have the same option, as it's based off CM, but don't quote me on that as I have never used it.

It's possible to disable Power Off without unlock the screen? Right now the screen is locked with PIN, but sometime at work the power off button get pressed and again ......
it's P*** off all the time!

The phone is working greatfull the single problem i have is that my phone is rebooting when i press on locked screen the volume up/down + home + power on/off. is it possible to deactivate the power on/off button on locked screen? if yes how is it possible to do it?

Again me. Seems that nobody knows... or maybe ....
I discovered that this is a thing that also on other samsung is happening. ... maybe somebode from developers can tell me inside of the program where I have to look... and apso if someone can put the source to be modified. ..

I have the same problem, but it's happening not only on lock screen but also when phone is working. Hold Power button and try volume up/down few times. Has anybody the same "feature" and maybe know how to solve it ??
