I have the pattern unlock on my Note 2 and at the very bottom of it, there's the emergency dial button that I keep pressing when trying to unlock it. Is there any way to get rid of that button? or move it somewhere else maybe?

Search S2U2 (Slide to Unlock 2). Unfortunately, on the TP2 there is an issue with the landscape mode being garbled.

Hi,
I have installed the app to make my Desire wake-up using the "menu" button, so a quick double tap takes me straight to the security code screen.
What I would like is to disable / remove the emergency call button on this screen, so that I do not accidentally call 999 with the phone in my pocket.
I do not care for the unlock swipe screen, but do want the unlock code screen.
Is anyone aware of an app, root or no root, that will wake up my phone and go straight to a pin code type unlock screen without emergency call button.
thanks in advance,
Jason
Hey guys. I've noticed that when I'm using my phone and it isn't locked, if I get a phone call, I get a green button for answer and a red one to reject. It also works when using an alternate lock screen. However, when the phone is locked using HTC's default lock screen, I get a less appealing slider bar to answer the call. Is there any way to get the button method to answer calls when the phone is locked?
Not unless you switch to an AOSP ROM.
Try easy answer button from the market. It puts the answer and decline button over the lock screen. The smaller size option works great.
I just changed phones from the galaxy S2 to the S4 and I am looking for a way to use a similar lockscreen to the S2:
After locking your phone (using lock button or screen timeout) it would allow you to swipe to unlock until 2 minutes have passed.
Afterwords you would need to use a pattern to unlock it
The S4 will not let me do this. Instead it leaves the screen blacked unless the home button, volume buttons, or lock button get pressed then just continue from the last screen I was in. While this may be a good feature for some people (not me), I am constantly finding myself sending text messages with short nonsense words strung together and then opening random apps in my pocket which create noise.
Is there any way (without checking the "lock instantly with power key" option as I enjoy the 2 minute grace period) to do this?
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!
NOTE: I have tried Tasker to do this (swapping back and forth between locksceens on a timer) but I am not sure if it is possible or I am using poor syntax when writing the tasks.
Hello!
Is there any way possible to access the data I had on my phone? I have the lock screen passcode on, and the screen is all crushed. USB debugging mode has always been off for me.
Thanks in advance!
Touch is still working. I just somehow like entered the emergency mode and I can hear the dial pad tones. I can try entering the pattern now, but I don't remember if I had to like swipe after pressing the power button or double tapping the screen or it was just the code straight away after pressing the power button or tapping the screen, could someone please help me with the two options as how they work and also just send screenshot of the lock screen with pass code on so I have the idea about it and all?
EDIT : I managed to pull the lock away!! Yayy!
