Nope. The only option is to enable or disable the S-pen pop up.

You can edit the Page Buddy page! It's just like any page of the home page, customize with widgets and app shortcuts. By default, the S Pen Page buddy takes up the whole screen already though.

I've looked in S Note's setting and S Pen's setting...can't locate Page Buddy's page. Can you direct me to it?

Simply take out the pen while you're on a home page, then the Page Buddy page will pop up. Then this just behaves like a normal home page where you can just start dragging apps and widgets to it. The default S Notes widget already on there is huge, taking up the whole page already. Alternatively you can just use a S Note shortcut instead, to allow you more space for other things. This is the same with the headphone Page Buddy. I've customized that page with a radio widget instead.

WHOA!!!! Thank you! It's exactly what I wanted. The default page that had the entire page filled can be dragged to Remove and now I have an entire Buddy Page to fill up with everything that I use the S Pen for.

The main problem is that the page buddy thing gets lost as soon as you are using a launcher alternative. So yes, I am in the team of people who would love to see Samsung implementing the option of choosing what app to start!

Hi. I think the Google search on the home screens. I do not want to delete the apk just to have a blank field without having the opportunity to have widgets placed at the top of the screen. Do anyone have any suggestions to make the filed active?
You can disable Google Search and that search widget goes away. Do you mean that?

No he didnt mean that.If you disable the search or uninstall the appl this area in homescreen is unusable.I think only launcher modding can solve it

Yes, you are right, even removing the search bar does not allow that space to be used.

So silly me read the first to post and hey great removed the widget but after reading more where space is not used tried to get the search widget back and its not where it was when I disabled it , how do I get it back ?

Go to settings-apps then tab "all" go to the bottom of the list.google search must be there disabled

Where is the notification bar in most roms. I Love the notification bar in MI.UI I still like CM better though. I want to add the notification bar to CM. Does anyone know where the notification bar app is if its an app?
The notification bar is at the bottom on cm7 on the fire, just slide up in the middle to view your notifications.

The current CM9 ROMs do not have that setting enabled in the menus yet.

and will never have, ics (and with that CM9) is not designed to put the bar on top on tablets...

Sort of... You can change the "status bar" to the top of the screen, which in turn moves the notifications slide to the top as well, but what I really want is to just pull the notifications slide from the top while leaving all the soft buttons on the bottom.
Is that even possible?

I see. I was really hoping it was just a setting. I seem to hit the notification bar instead of the space bar quite often in landscape.

Look back in tablet tweaks there is an option to 'enable deadzone' should disable the middle part of the statusbar might resolve your trying to hit the spacebar

I noticed a lot of specific settings aren't in the areas you would think, like lock screen is security for quick apps and stuff.
Anyways, is there a setting where when you press your home button it brings you to your home screen page? Instead of the page you where previously on for you stuff? Like your center page (home) or what ever you set, instead of 2nd page to the right where you may have opened an app?
mine takes me to my home page every time.

I just noticed that mine does not go to give with one press. But a second press does. Guess I just got use to it lol.
Btw I'm using nova prime, it a lot snappier then stock launcher. And you can customize pretty much any icon you want. Setting Swype gestures for different things is worth it.

Pinch your screen, from any screen in TW, and you'll have the option of removing, adding, and rearranging screens. Each screen also will have a home icon on it, which you can long-press to activate. This will designate any screen of your choice ce as your home screen.

it is similar to the one we have now, just that it has like a multiple page support type of lock screen with widgets. so the main lockscreen page is there and if you swipe left or right, there is another page with widgets from what i have seen

I found this out by mistake. If your 3 screens are full and you drag a widget on to it you can create another screen for that widget and then delete the widget and the screen will stay. I don't Know if it will be there after reboot though.

Do a pinch on one of the pages of your homescreen and you'll get an overview of your homescreen pages and a plus, push the plus and you'll add one page.
