Hey guys, someone experienced lags when connected on wi-fi in jelly bean? This happened to me twice, once in 4.1.2 and once in 4.2. I installed an app,cpu monitor, while the phone was laggy and it seems that a process, system server, was taking about 50% of cpu. Closing all apps didn't solve the problem, the only way was to disconnect wi-fi. Today my phone seems fine. What's happening to my phone??
No issues here on 4.1 on either band.
Maybe solved...it seems that currents' sync is causing lags on nexuses 7 so mee too switched it off. Let's see if will be ok
I also deleted the widget of my collection (play store) and it seems the lag won't appear anymore
Edit your stupid title because it makes it very misleading.

Done the search thing but not finding a solution out there.
Basically I want to make and receive calls when the phone is in a dock in landscape mode without the incoming/outgoing call screen jumping back to portrait.
I can get the contacts and number pad dialer screens to stay in landscape but the in call screen refuses to rotate
Anyone got this running on their desire, and if so how?

DOH, sorry.
Guess the lack of replies means it's not possible. What a glaring omission from Android, very poor.

Yeah have tried a few sense roms as well as MIUI and CM 7.0.something.

Thanks for the reply.

Hi guys.
Just a few questions if you don't mind. I searched but couldn't find specific answers for these.
I've got an S3 (carrier: Rogers), rooted it, installed CWM Recovery and installed CyanogenMod 9 (stable).
Got a few issues:
I don't see a stock Camera app on C9, I installed a third party app (Camera Zoom) to get the camera going. Is there a built-in Camera app for C9??, not sure why I couldn't find one
The video playback capability of the S3 to play a video while in another app (the "picture in picture" kind of thing), that doesn't seem to work with the stock C9 video/picture app ("Gallery"), any idea if there is a way to restore this feature? It worked in the Video Player app before I rooted and installed C9, I tried it in VLC and it's not possible.
Also does anyone recommend a specific battery stat re-setter for the S3? I tried Battery Calibration but haven't noticed any difference. A few friends suggested that once I was rooted and installed Cyanogen and all the carrier/Samsung bloatware was cleared out, I'd notice an improvement in battery life, but nothing so far.
Thanks for any advice/help.
LOL, just had to turn off my phone and turned it back on and the Phone/Dialer icon is gone now.
Jesus, is CyanogenMod this glitchy usually?

May be a bad flash. Why are you using cm9 instead of cm10?

Cm10 doesn't have a "stable" release yet, I kind of thought Cm9 might work better.
Think its fine to try Cm10?

CM10 is awesome and way better that CM9 I think. It runs faster and is just overall a better ROM. I would definitely flash it over.
thanks, i'll try it out tonight.
You checked "yes this is a question" which means it gooooooooes where?

I'm running a recent CM10.1 nightly on my S3 and occasionally my home button starts to always bring up the list of recent apps. I mean a regular click, not long pressing, will bring up the task switcher instead of just going to the home screen. A reboot fixes the problem but I'm curious if anybody else has observed this issue. I've had this issue with previous versions of CM10 and CM10.1 as well.

All you have to do is reboot and its fixed. Thats it. If it does it again, reboot again.. its not a stable ROM yet so just deal with the little annoyances. Those annoyances dont even affect the awesomeness of this ROM.
I also have this issue, and while a reboot does fix it, that's not really an acceptable solution.
I'm not too savvy on how to log bugs for things like this, but does anyone know if this bug has been brought to the attention of the devs? If not, can anyone with more know-how take care of that?
Thanks
Yes the devs know about it. If its not acceptable to you then flash back to stock.

I updated my phone to 4.2.1 a couple of weeks ago and have been experiencing this issue since. Basically when I get more than one notification and open the notification drawer it will only open a small amount of the drawer. I have factory reset the phone and it still happens.
Sprint Galaxy Nexus 4.2.1 rooted.
