Go to wiki and see what was 2.3.7 update was about... it has nothing to do with galaxy y... it is same as 2.3.6..
Just worry about ics for now..

i don't know much about Accuweather widget..but i guess Go Weather is also good as it allows animated wallpaper...will chk out this one once out

In the post he says that it only works in USA. Can I use it in Turkey? Should I use MarketEnabler?
It works for everyone, but the new features are only available for US users.
This is working on all ics version... Just install as a normal app...

It installs as a separate apk. Good but doesn't replaces the built-in settings.

Could be. One of my neighbour own samsung mega, new phone from samsung and it os shipped with 4.2.2 and has the same layout. So mentioned it.
