I can take no credit for any of this,This is my first ever post of a ROM I have altered to suit my preferences ,This is a great ROM but I hate app2sd and prefer this method I use myself so I have decided to share it in the hope some of you may find this useful, I prefer NAND and as such storage space is always a issue so I modded this Rom slightly to suit my preferences, All I have done is mod the init.d as when installing standard and then flashing cronmod INT2EXT the phone gets stuck on boot screen and has boot loop due to mount conflicts between cronmod and other scripts in the init.d folder, also it becomes very very slow so I have ripped out the conflicting scripts and repacked the Rom, full credits and BIG THANKS to Mrevil.. Credits for groundwork: SecureCRT, wis1152, tytung, ankuch, rapmv78, boonbing, the CM and Evervolv team and Massive Thanks to XDA Senior Member croniccorey for the cronmod INT2EXT script and XDA for such a great community and excellent site.

LINK TO THE CRONMOD THREAD HERE:http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1716124
PLEASE NOTE: THIS HAS ONLY BEEN TESTED ON 250MB NAND BASED INSTALLATION AND IS UNTESTED FOR ANY OTHER METHOD !.
YOU MUST REALLY HAVE A MINIMUM CLASS 8 SDCARD PARTITIONED TO EXT2/3/4 FILESYSTEM BUT BETTER WOULD BE CLASS 10 OR IT WILL BE AS SLOW AS A DRUNKEN SLUG TRYING TO MAKE IT TO THE NEXT GARDEN
INSTRUCTIONS: Partition sdcard to desired size, I use clockwork and choose (2048) 2GB EXT WITH NO CACHE. then choose install zip from sdcard, flash ROM , reboot and hey presto enjoy system size of 2GB for apps with nice speed !
Big Thanks once again to everyone involved for allowing me to mod this Rom....peace out

Hello there!
First time I rooted my phone I ended up without a phone for a whole day as I couldn't restore my original backup. I had to install a stock rom and now I'm a happy CyanogenMod user.
Question is:
I tried doing a backup again with rom manager today just in case. I had 1.9 gb in my sdcard. It was going ok but then it said no sdext...skipping sdext..and soon after it booted back.
This is exactly what happened last time so before I go ahead and try another ROM such as MIUI I want to make sure my current ROM did safe properly and I would be able to restore back to it if I wanted to.
Sdcard now shows 1.4gb so it definitely took some of it. Any way to confirm a backup?
Thanks in advance

Unless you formatted your SD card to have an EXT partition, it'll always skip that part. To confirm a backup was made, use any file explorer and navigate to sdcard>clockworkmod>backup, the folder will be there.

it is good , can u give more detail information about this.
Very interesting
Very interesting.. But what's all about?
Very intresting trying now.
Just a heads up if you are flashing recovery_raw directly on CLK you will have to resize the partition size to 7MB
mounting of sd-ext(ext3/ext4) partition is supported but has to be done by command line. ie adb shell.
Flash via Recovery file:
before please resize the partition size to 7MB before Flash

I have decided to post the wipe scripts here for those KernelHolics & Flashaholics that are flashing kernels and ROMs constantly. I've made small modifications to these scripts FULL credit to the originator of them Credits below.
These are compatible with TWRP, CWM.
Since there have been numerous kernels recently being posted and people wondering what to wipe or what not to wiped here is the Kernel Cleaner.
1. Place the file in the root of your /sdcard
2. Flash Kernel Cleaner
3. Flash/Fastboot Kernel
4. Reboot.
Download: http://d-h.st/onK
This second script I'm sure everyone is familiar with SUPERWIPE script.
Tired of wiping after every ROM or not knowing what to wipe to flash a ROM and have a clean install? Just flash this script & flash ROM easy right?
1. Place Wipe-Script in root of /sdcard
2. Flash Wipe-Script
3. Flash ROM
4. Reboot.
Download: http://d-h.st/gNu
Debug
If it doesn't flash please tell me what recovery your using.
ONLY works for the OPTIMUS G flashing this on another device will brick your phone.

Actually if your a flashaholic like me you know exactly what and what not to wipe! But..... It's good to have around for the newer people and like the photon I'm sure that bill will have it in all his aroma builds

Sweet thank you sir

Could put both into an Aroma installer zip...then choose in the UI. Then it'd be one file instead of 2.
Just my $0.02

OK guys here a surprise for you
I just compile a clockwork mod recovery from Ubuntu Touch source code based on Phablet-10.1 (CM-10.1) so i think we have a good probability after I port this recovery to make Ubuntu Touch more compatibility after this one i will start to build the rom now and test it if work or not.
P.S. : the recovery is not working good i think used to deploy the zip automatically over adb so i will not upload it fow now.

OK i try it with a rom that i compiled a few weeks ago, after deploying to sdcard and installation start automatically once rebooted to recovery but still won't boot.
In the second test i will edit the device tree and making system partition mounted automatically and see if work or not
The little phone that could. Good job!!!
Via the Internet
New Test
OK guys i am compiling a rom using phablet-4.4.2 with modifications of device tree such as no prebuilt, no power, no selinux, no camerahal to get compiled without errors so if anyone can told me commits of cm11 for that errors i will insert him to thanked person if got booted .
Hmmm, nice work bro.. why dont you post your errors and progress here?, maybe someone can help you.

I know bro the only problem is Canonical because they switch back from AOSP to Cyanogen Mod source again so if we want to work on Ubuntu Touch we must decide on which version should be ported Trusy or Saucy?
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Touch/Building
And also they still updating the porting guide since released the full version so i think we should wait

Brother, don't worry about the kernel for F240x, as long as you can upload the ROM, it is good. There is Oxygen Kernel for F240x devices.
Im stuck at bootloop. I restored the stock rom. I cant create an logcat because adb doesnt work if it isnt boot. I ported it already 1 time to the htc desire bravo and that successfully. I dont know why it doesnt work know. I hope, someone will fix it. I will upload it at 1:0p PM (GMT +1).
[size"7"]link is there but with bootloop[/size]
