Installing a custom ROM LG Optimus G Pro F240S
I have rooted my Korean LG Optimus G Pro F240S, using the roottool method...and installed the Kitkat recovery
Now I cannot find a thread which could guide me step wise on how to install a custom ROM or any of the Lolipop stock ROM. I would really appreciate if anyone can help

Since LTE2 (F160 Series) did not get Official KitKat support, GomdoLight JellyBean is being updated exclusivly for LTE2. Note it is still a JellyBean-based CFW, but it is far more advanced compared to the current version. When the test is complete it will be released as 'Wave 3, Revision 5'.
Corrupted ROM
Help! There was a recent Korean LG app update for my phone that appeared on Google Play. After installing the ROM got corrupted and when I rebooted it goes to this Korean security lock screen. Can't seem to access any mode by pressing volume up down menu etc. Optimus F160LV on Gomdolight jellybean.
