When I was running the stock rooted T-Mobile ICS rom I was able to send pictures to my tv from the gallery.
When viewing a picture in Gallery a button in the top right corner of the screen would show to send to another display. When I clicked that it would automatically send the image to my Sony Bravia (on the same wifi network).
Is it possible to do this in the default gallery on CM10 or is that only a TouchWiz feature?
thanks

I have a copy of mms.apk from my droid just because i hate getting a 5 second slideshow of my pictures instead of having the gallery. don't tell me handcent. i want it to look as stock as possible.
I just tap the picture and press pause if I want it to stay on longer.
I am running 4.1.1 Jb. I installed new camera and gallery from 4.1.2. I erased old gallery since the new one works fine. But now when I go to MMS and hit attach icon, the new gallery is not on the list to choose from, and the old one isn't there cause I deleted it. I have to got to gallery and Share now, but I want the option to do it in MMS! Any way I can set what programs I can choose from when I hit attach in mms. I tried clearing and I don't want to change roms.

So wait.. you deleted the stock galery? It's needed for quite a few apps.. I would get it back if I were you.
I'm usin, the 4.1.2 gallery fine. I just lost the option to attach in mms. Every other function is fine. When I click attach (paperclip) icon isn't there. But it's there in Gmail.

Oh, completely missunderstood that.
Using the stock messaging app? If so, top right corner, there should be a attach option which brings up a pop up with these options: Pictures, Capture picture, videos, capture videos, etc..
If you're using another messaging app, then Idk
I found strange that pictures in Gallery app are not displaying in desired order. I mean if in settings are checked "Sort by latest". then in preview pictures are not ordered in such way.
Do others have the same issue?
Of course, it is not a mission critical bug , but very annoying.
Are you using stock rom or custom rom?
I always noticed that it uses the latest image from within the folder to sort the gallery. In stock rom the camera album always shows first.
Sprint 64GB White S6 completely stock, no modifications or anything installed except Purple theme from Play Store.
Uploading Pictures: When I attempt to upload a picture to Google's reverse image search or Imgur or any online website, I can select the file but it does not upload anything and simply refreshes the webpage.
Camera Settings: When I hit the Settings button within my Camera, it flashes with the resolutions for the front-facing (selfie) camera, ordinary camera, and video settings, but it only flashes for about half a second and then goes away. Is this due to another setting or is something wrong and is there a fix to this?
Thanks.
Which browser are you using?

Which browser are you using on your GS6 to attempt uploads of images? I used the native Chrome browser and was able to successfully upload to TinEye...
Whenever I take a new picture with the Camera, it shows on the bottom right hand corner immediately. However, when I then click on the photo, it brings me to the photo app and the new picture does not show. If I switch in photos to device folders, the new pictures show. I've tried setting the camera to store the pictures on both internal and external storage with no luck. If immediately after I take the picture, I open up QuickPic the new picture is there. I am running the latest viper rom, with latest firmware etc.
Anyone else experience this or have some thoughts?

yes and i believe the camera app is going to need an update to fix this. It has something to do with a recent update to google photos.
