2. Reboot into recovery!

The only thing I found is an ICS based ROM ... So not quite sure what's that about ...

look on droid hive...its the site linked in the op, it has all the roms features and pics..
and i think the 63mb killrom build didnt upload right, so use the other ones that are 200mb+

There will be "glitches grafic" until we have a 3.4 kernel with updated GPU binaries. STOP asking this in every thread until there's a new kernel. And when those glitches are solved, you'll know it without having to ask.

are you sure we have to use 3.4 kernel to fix graphic glitch?
Graphics have technically been fixed for the most part actually.
dhackers CM kernel fixed literally all of those problems
