[Q] Won't connect with wifi - Xperia Play Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

I'm trying to connect my play with my Wi-Fi
Earlier it was working, now when i try to conenct it shows full wifi strenght, connecting then it goes to 1 bar of signal and says disconnected/disabled...
Happened on wedgess PAC with Turbo JB kernel and on supervenom's aokp milestone 6 with both original kernel and wedgess's kernel (yeah i flashed wifi modules on milestone).
What can i do to make it working again?
Solved by reflashing ftf

[Q] Arc Wifi Problem

I am running CM7.1 and DoomKernel on my Arc, and have had no problems.
Today, I accidently let the device run out of battery and turn its self off.
Now, the wifi has stopped picking up any access points. I have seen others have this problem (not being able to pick up networks) but it has always been after an update and not just randomly stopped.
Anyone got any ideas what to do?
flash the stock wifi modules with CWM :

[Q] Weak Wi-Fi signal

Hello.
I have flashed my Note II with ReVolt JB (stable) following all developer instructions and after that my phone can't connect to my router because of low signal level as it thinks.
Wi-Fi connect is only possible if i place Note on the router. I came from the stock ROM and everything worked properly. I changed Kernel to AGNi 4.2.2 Auto OC but nothing became better.
Can anyone tell me what's my error?

Sounds like a radio issue. Reboot your device and see if you still encounter the problem. If so try flashing a different radio.

Wifi Issue

I went back to stock rom after flashing the omega rom v17. when i connect to the internet via wifi it works properly. but after an hour or so, and i didnt disconnect the wifi, it seems that i dont have internet access. i need to turn off and on the wifi again to have internet access. but my note 10.1 doesnt have that kind of problem so its definitely not the router.
had the same problem, some say it's kernel related, in my case this is what I did/tried :
from the dialer : *#0011#, then press the device menu button and go Wifi, and turn power save off
I eventually flashed a cutome kernel and never had a wifi problem again
Thanks. Gonna try the dialer method. I want to go back to stock so i cant flash any custom kernel.

[HELP NEEDED] N7105 Wifi Issue & Network Strength

Hi,
My current ROM is DN5 (for N7105) and im facing a wifi issues,Sometime even i stay close to the hotspot the wifi won't connect furthermore the signal is full of bar (when close) instead of connecting it show 'saved & secured',sometimes it gets connected but no for long and it disconnected again.
I tried to stay very close (near the hotspot) and it gets connected and when i try to stay few inches from the hotspot the device get disconnected.
My 2nd issue is my network is only ONE bar,Is there any method or fixes to fix my problem here please? :crying:
Thank You.
Is the phone running the latest bootloader and modem? Does this happen on a stock ROM? If not, you may need to use a different kernel with the ROM.
