Hay to all you devs out there!

I found this nifty little mod that should work or can be ported to our play its called xposed and allows you to modify framework without the need to decompile and edit I think it will make things a lot easier for the devs that do a lot of editing so anyways go look at the original thread and tell me if it can be of use http://forum.xda-developers.com/sho...icsson xperia play ™ (r800x) using Tapatalk 4

its not small things
for example in s4 you can change many things like systemui style and many other things with xposed framework

how can you not get it working? u just install a APK and then install some xposed modules and then activate and reboot. Simplez

yeah i think so to, i think possibly ICS but not sure

It will work on any device with android 4.0 or higher and a arm processor so we meet the criteria

Yep, im using it, It's great for many different things. BTW pretty sure this has been posted in this forum before

[MOD]XperiaEars - Google Sound Search for Xperia

Hi,
I know it's nothing special but it kinda looks better on Xperia phones.
It is Google Sound Search widget with visual changes:
Background is semitransparent;
Google Play logo is replaced with Xperia Logo;
Blue bars are now gray;
Cancel button ("X" on the right) is now gray instead of blue;
Gradient replaced to flat look;
Widget preview in widget drawer is modified;
Missing album art now shows Walkman logo.
What I don't know is how to change font color from blue to white. Someone with more apk modding skill could help me

Anyway, flashable zip is in first post, feel free to test it and see how it looks

But I just tried with DMsat and it can't recognise one song by Miroslav Ilic...
How could I fix that?

Right now I turned my radio on and set it to Radio Banovina (I usually don't listen to that type of music but for science!) and it picked up Halid Bešlić... so I think it's not a bug haha

hm, that must be Xperia ICS or Xperia Z theme.
The honami/i1 theme is a little different. Mostly the statusbar, its cleaner

We already think about it. However it's not sure that this feature require custom kernel for z3 or libs....

Yeah...It's probably kernel feature or it needs kernel modifications to work.
There's no taptowake on Z1 locked and probably won't be ultra stamina if Sony won't build that officially...

Hope Sony will Give Z1 an Update for this

Hm... So what is basic phone functionality? Messaging (text) and calling? Very cool for someone who doesnt need notifcations from various internet instant messaging apps I guess..

I am working on it.

Try to search for any sysfs file path in the apk(and also the so files if any)... If there's non then it doesn't need any kernel modifications then.
