Since I installed CM7 I've hated the pattern lock. The dots are just too big and cluttered.
I've used the png's from this thread to create a flashable zip using Zipthemer.

You should get a success message
Download this zip theme

Return to zipthemer
Hit +Theme
Pick the above zip
Hit Build it
Select yes to create undo zip as well.

For anyone wanting to know how to do this from scratch so it can be applied to other apps........
Going to use changing status bar Wi-Fi icon as an example.
1. Extract SystemUI
2. Note folder path to icon location
3. Create a tiered folder structure as follows
Wi-Fi (project folder)
-SystemUI (app name)
--res (app folder 1)
---drawable-mdpi (app folder 2)
Note: app folders should match those noted at step 2.
4. Download this xml https://www.box.com/shared/b8azhxogrg3ze5xt4y0o
5. Edit the xml to change xxx:
themename>xxx<
author>xxx<
phone>xxx<
rom>xxx<
themedescription>xxx<
item>SystemUI.apk<
path>/system/app/<
Note: item and path should match the app you are changing.
6. Save xml
7. Place xml in project folder
8. Place icons in appropriate folder. In this case drawable-mdpi
9. Zip project using 7zipper
10. Run Zipthemer process
11. Flash it

Is it possible to use the UOT Kitchen with the SGS II by removing the framework and systemUI apks from the system dump in the development section?
You can use UOT, I used it for a couple of the mods on this, only reccomendation is to pull the apk's from your phone as the system dump is from an older pre-release software

For everyone who wants to do it on his one or sees that his firmware is not supported a little how-to.
How-to port them yourself
Download one image file pack (look under the images) and extract the .rar
Take any modded SystemUI.apk
Get the SystemUI.apk of your ROM of /system/app (either with root explorer or with adb pull /system/app/SystemUI.apk)
Place your SystemUI.apk in place-apk-here-for-modding of your apktool/apkmanager folder
Use apktool/apkmanager to extract the images (no need to decompile/compile) with option 1
Look inprojects of your apktool/apkmanager folder for your SystemUI.apk
Go to /res/drawable-xhdpi and replace the images with your favorite battery icon files.
Zip the SystemUI.apk back with option 3 (as a system app)
In place-apk-here-for-modding you should find an unsignedSystemUI.apk
Rename it to SystemUI.apk and push it to /system/app (either with root explorer or with adb)
You also get a Flash Script for the Recovery, just place the SystemUI.apk in /system/app and delete the README.txt then
Then flash in recovery
How-to get back to stock
Grab the back to stock SystemUI.apk
Push it to /system/app with root explorer or adb
Or use the Flash Script

Image files (bubble)
Image files (circle AOSP)

---NEW---
The MOD is now separated in 2 parts.
Part1 is the modded SystemUI.apk to provide 1% steps. The MOD contains already the circle style battery. I will still provide a “back to stock zip” for every version to fully de-install the MOD.
Part2 is the battery theme with the different battery styles.
The advantage of this is that part2 is compatible to all different ROM versions. So there is no need for me to update this for every new ROM.
Only part1 is ROM related and must be compiled for new ROMs.
This will save much time for me and you will get new MODs faster.
How to install:
1.Download Part1 for your ROM and flash it with CWM. If you like the circle battery, you are finished now.
2.If you want other battery styles, download the one you want and flash it also with CWM.
Note:
Part2 may also work with other ROMs that have already a 1% MOD(like most custom ROMs). Part2 inject only the battery icons in the SystemUI, nothing else will be changed.
Part1: (XXALE8/9-XXALF2/6-XXBLFB-XXBLG6/8)
downloads
Part2: (all Versions)
downloads
2 more circle versions added:
green_circle
green_circle2
Here are all versions as flashable zip file for XXALE8 to start.
The used firmware is always included in the filename.
I will also include everytime a back to stock zip to fully uninstall this mod.
This mod use 102 png´s for battery status (0-100%,status unknown)
and 102 png´s for the charge animation (0-100%, full) (all included in the packs of torxx)

Oh, I just figured it out. I feel pretty stupid right now.

Tks... Very good
Here is a collection of 130+ lockrings I made for myself for AOSP/CM based ROMs.
If you would like a lockring made just ask and I'll definitely see what I can do for you.
Install
Fast way (sorta unstable):
1. Download Metamorph from the Play Store.
2. Select "Unzip/Extract new theme".
3. Go to folder where you downloaded the lockring zip and select the lockring you want to use.
4. There will be a popup that has the info for the lockring. Press "Close".
5. Press where it says "SubTheme: framework-res.apk".
6. There will be a popup telling you what files will be changed. Press "Apply it!".
7. There will be a popup saying what you will be modifying. Press "Continue?".
8. The phone will do a quick reboot and the lockring will be applied.
Note: The device will do a quick reboot on its own. Sometimes you will get an error in other languages or saying some stuff that makes zero sense. Just press the button next to it and the phone will restart. Sometimes you will not be able to press anything. If that happends dont worry just restart your phone any way you can. The lockring will be applied after it reboots. This is how I apply the lockrings and I havent had any issues other than what I said. Most of the time the phone just reboots real quick and everything is good, but there are some times when I have to manually reboot it.
Slow but stable way:
1. Download ZipThemer from the Play Store.
2. There will be a popup about "Edify Scripting". Press "OK".
3. Open Menu. Select "Update Edify".
4. Where it says "Select flashable file:" press "Browse...".
5. Go to where you have THE ROM YOU ARE USING AND SELECT ITS ZIP FILE. (example: storage/sdcard1/YOURROM.zip)
6. Press "Configure".
7. Back out of that menu.
8. Press "+Theme".
9. Go to the folder where you downloaded the lockring zip and select the lockring you want to use.
10. Press "Build It!".
11. There will be a popup asking if you want to "Create Undo File?". You make that decision.
12. It will now build you a flashable zip file for your lockring and tell you where the lockring and undo file is created.
13. Boot into recovery and go to where it told you the lockring was located and flash like any other zip.
Note: I recommend wiping Dalvik and Cache before flashing. If anything funny happends flash the undo zip. Also, after you have used the program once you do not have to keep doing steps 1-7 you can just start at step 8.
Note: Some of the images might be a difficult to see because they are all white. Try highlighting them with your mouse or saving them to your phone and view them in the gallery if you want to see them better.
Downloads
Lockrings Folder - Individual links
All Lockrings - Zip with all lockrings inside
Note: If you download the zip with all the lockrings in it, make a folder on the root of your sd card called "Lockrings" and then extract all the lockring zips into that folder so its easier to find them.
A smaller preview of the images are in the nexts posts. All images in the downloads are sized for XHDPI devices.
Enjoy guys

Your Phone Should be Rooted
1) Install Xposed from HERE
2) Install Xui Mod v9 from HERE , activate it & reboot
3) Open Xui Mod app. Go to Scrolling Mod option, enable it,
Set Overscroll Distance to 150
Set Overfling Distance to 150
& Reboot phone.
You'll get overscroll animation like iOS, but you'll also see overscroll glow. To disable overscroll glow, you'll have to extract framework-res.apk (from system/framework) of your rom & replace overscroll png with transparent ones & put new apk back to system/framework. (If you are new to this, simply upload your Rom name and its framework-res.apk here & I or someone else will do that for you.)
All credit to Creators of Xposed & Xui mod.
Have Fun !
Does it work in android 4.4?
Yes it works on Android 4.4 also
Cool mod.. Thnx for this

Sorry, but I don't understand what does this really looks like? is there any video to see?
video will be appreciated.... @thread owner
It gives a bouncing animation when you over scroll in an app. Open settings, keep scrolling down till the end and don't stop, you would see a curvy white bouncing animation at the end... Same applies for all the otger apps

I think that 150 is not a universal value, because smaller screens will have greater part used for the overscroll.
so i'd like to know what's the resolution of your device, to calculate the percentage of the vertical resolution.

Or there's an option to disable the overscroll glow in latest XUIMod.
