Hi I have always been a android owner and up until there was no major cause of concern.
I recently migrated from Galaxy s2 to Nexus and found the way ICS browser show this web site is very disappointing any though on this please

Why it fail to deal with it

Because the Website is fail.
They have it mobile enabled but never built the mobile version, and/or never checked to make sure it worked.
Works fine as full desktop site.

Your judging a phone on the basis of one pointless poorly designed, created and maintained website? I'm curious as to how you made it this far onto the internet.
Just so you know as well you can fine tune the way the web browser loads websites in the settings menu, but that may be too difficult for you to possibly comprehend.

I use my iPad as much as my GS3 if not more... I need both..

I got an ipad2 after having used my Android phones since the G1. I found the iPad2 almost unusable. Not only that, but I am not buying apps that I've already bought. Looking forward to being able to buy a Nexus7 or KFHD to replace it.
