I was searching for the right RUU of my HTC Desire (Unbranded. GSM) but faield to find it. Currently I rooted my Desire with MIUI ROM but got some auto-reboot problem regardless on what ROM (Sense, HD etc.)/Kernel/Remedy I've used.
I bought my Desire in the Middle East (Bahrain), can someone please direct me to the right RUU....

Search for fitting roms with "ara" or "asia" in the name and try them:

run fastboot oem boot and look at the cid. that is the branding on the phone in asia or where you bought the phone from

I tried this HTC_WWE_2.29.405.5 RUU but got an ERROR[131]: CUSTOMER ID ERROR, so I guess this is not the right RUU for me.
Appreciate any help if you can lead me to the right RUU for the Middle East (Bahrain). I have a unbranded desire. Thanks!

Finally I found the right RUU, for those who bought their Desire in the Middle East the right RUU is the one with "ARA"... Thanks for all that help!
Aha, thanks to you I made sure that my Desire was imported for somewhere, not meant to come here.
I want to reflash the htc one x 1.29.161.13 RUU (basedband 1.1204.105.14) after deleting some pre-installed software on my phone, so that it can still be able to perform OTA update.
I have spent days to google the RUU but unfortunately I cannot find it. does anyone have the RUU, please give me a link. Thanks a million

They do alot of A'Droid Dev stuff, so might know someone who has it themselves...
Me too i desperately need RUU 1.29.161.13. Cant find it anywhere. I need to revert back to stock... I'm fed up of crying myself to sleep everynight :crying:

Hi, I want to restock my HTC M8 - cid Tmob101 (De) (restock recovery,firmware,hboot,rom...) by RUU.exe 'cause I need to return it to seller (The main mic's not working). But I can't find the RUU anywhere.

Have you tried searching the threads that are dedicated to this?

RUUs, OTAs, Stock TWRP Backups, Firmware & More Collection, it offers you a nandroid. Without more info this is the best I can do
There isn't an RUU for that version, you'll need to use backups in the Backups thread and restore that to get back to stock

Thanks u guys for answer me. I do search in forum and out by Google,but it seems there's no RUU for my phone. I downloaded some zip RUU and flash,everything is okay. But I cannot turn wifi on! Try at least 4 different zip RUU, but it useless ...

Im new here and sorry if i ask in the wrong thread.
I really dont know more what to do. I have an htc one with german t mobile branding. And i stuck in bootloop while having s on and locked bootloader.
I tried to find an ruu for this branding but i cant find one. Im searching now for more then 3 days and all ruus i found was broken. I have the version 4.19.111.3
Please please help me
Is there an another way to unbtick this phone or what can i do ?
