Warranty it with provider or Google JTAG repair for your phone. If you do a search ppl have posted links to ones they have tried.

Biggest problem ever!!!please help

i just wanted to change a new rom and i forgot to make a nandroid. when i flashed the new rom i reboot it again and the screen turned out to be yellow. I dun know what to do cuz i dont have any other rom inside the phone and i cant reboot.
Please help
Yellow? Can you access android still or no
Sent from my Galaxy Nexus using Tapatalk 2
Remove battery and put it back. Then try to get into recovery.
What i can do is entering recovery mode and odin mode. The screen is totally become yellow when i reboot. Anyways to put roms or reset the whole phone. Sigh
follow this.
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1626895
Is it still functional? Is it yellow as if the color multipliers were all messed up? What ROM is it?
These people are smiling because they did a nandroid and possibly because they are seat belted inside a giant weiner. Just learn from your mistake follow the thread from the post above and you should be fine

[Problem] sdcard

i cant see my sd card when it is plugged into the pc. it says that it is connected on the phone but nothing happens on the pc. could it be because i have the drivers installed for adb? or some other thing. if you need more info, please ask. id like someone to shed some light on this
Do you have fast charge enabled on your phone's kernel? And are you using a Samsung cable when connecting to a pc? These might be plausible reasons why you don't see your sdcard.

He was talking about the NHL lockout, since the OP has a Red Wings avatar. Still a completely useless post.

Are the MTP drivers separate from the drivers I would install with the Galaxy Nexus Toolkit for unlocking?

Did you flash anything? What was the last thing you did before it went dead? You might have soft bricked your phone. Can you get into download mod?
Not, odin recognize it but just stop in setupConnection, I install hqusb drivers for qualcomm and nothing, I used other odin and nothing again, I have brixfix software but I do not anything because I will use this tool like as my last option, I do not know how this tool works......

Even though its the same phone?
Ok installed the drivers in the back to root guide.. I plugged my other verizon samsung galaxy nexus into my computer and it saw it, I plugged my new one in and it does not recognize it...Im confused as to what could be going on..The reason I got another one was because i got it for a pretty good deal since my first one has a cracked screen...
What could be going on with my new one that my pc wont see it? How could I get it rooted and flash a rom to see if this could fix it?

No go with different cable and computer...It shows that its charging to the pc,but it will not recognize it....when i put my sim card in it links up to verizon and shows 4g. Im wondering if whoever had it before may have flashed something and messed something up....Im wondering is there a way to upload a rom (verizon) and twrp to dropbox and download it and root it that way and see if that fix the issue...Is there anything in the stock rom that could be missing that could cause this issue?
been looking for a .tar file of cwm to upload to drop box and download it and flash it with mobile odin since my pc cant recognize my Nexus and then download su from drop box reboot to recovery and then flash a verizon rom and see if that fix the issue...Is that sounding like a good plan or not?
SOLVED!!!!!! I figured I would try and swap my usb parts out and that was the culprit....So, it would charge but not allow the pc to see it.....
Thanks for the advice guys

I Don't believe the Stock recovery lets flashing any zips. If the USB port is truly broken hardware wise, go for repair.
Perseus is correct. The only update.zip stock recovery will work with is for an OTA.
Without the usb port I'm afraid you are outta luck. Are you certain the port is bad? You can still charge right?
Edit, sorry bout the name! Auto correct snuck up on me there!

I don't know about that, might it be you don't have the correct drivers, can you verify the USB is getting power? And for getting a stock .zip to flash, can't you just take your sdcard into an adapter, place it on there, and place it back into your phone and flash from there? Or am I missing something and it's not that simple?
Have you tried another cable? Not a cheap replacement either, but a good quality data cable?

When you connect to a Windows PC, what do you see in Device Manager ?
When you reinstall drivers, just uninstalling the driver pkg won't work. You still have to uninstall or update drivers through device manager, otherwise it'll continue to use the ones originally installed.

From Windows, uninstall everything related to Samsung or KIES. Reboot the PC then try connecting the phone. Even if the Driver Wizard does not pop up, Manually go into Device manager, Right Click and go to the Driver Details of this unknown Device. Manually install the driver.
