(Help) bought HTC one x, perfomance problema and lags

Hi gita i swapped my s3 with a one x today.
I use alot emulators and on s3 everything was awesome...today testing the sane emulators, they lag and run indecently, almost 1/3 of the speed that mg s3 had.
The giù provided me just the bootloader key and nothing else.
Its running insertcoin right now.
I dont know what to do, im already regretting the swap. Its like it runs on a single core.
I dont know how to go back to stock ics or firmware as im a Total noob with HTC.
Advices? Im going nuts here thanks.

I wouldn't recommend to go back to stock cause it is pretty tricky in some cases, you should try installing another rom or the same one but with a fresh full wipe

The gpu thing didnt worked. Im a Total noob with HTC flashing. Can you advice a tutorial or something, thanks.

Well, simply flash the boot.img of your ROM, go into recovery and do a full wipe and then flash the rom...

Wait where do i get the boot.ing of my rom? So i have to flash twice?
Like this:
- flash boot.img
- clean
- flash rom
? I dont understand how to do it, with s3.there was odin...but with one x?

You can find the boot.img of the rom inside the rom, you have to flash that in fastboot by typing 'fastboot flash boot path/to/boot.img', then reboot to recovery, full wipe, flash the rom in recovery and you're done

You mean the boot.img i need to flash is inside in the new rom, or inside my current rom?

Thanks. Any Ics based rom worth using ? I suspect this jb based insertcoin doesnt work very well.

well, JB is a lot better thank ICS imo, but that's your choice

Thanks i know that probably it is but i cant use any kernels with it yet.
So im debating on which rom to use, if viper or arhd along with ncx or faux.
Do you know if i can flash those althought my hboot is 1.31?

Yes, with that hboot you can flash every JB rom out there

I'm a total noob with HTC, only guide I found involves the use of a band backup which the previous owner didn't do.
If you can post a link ill be grateful, thanks again.

taht's the guide i was talking before, but as you said you need a nandroid backup just to be sure....

Fully working ROM with HALO (Paranoid Android)

I Search but i can´t find a ROM with Halo (its on PA)
LTELG?! has in his Cloud a PA ROM but its Buggy by me ? there was halo but the rom is not to use it for the day
i will not say pls port, its only a question for a rom!!

You need TO WIPE everything. FULL WIPE. Then flash ROM.
Or you will get problems. I have no problems with nothing. PA is 100% better than PAC and CM10.1 or Avatar because they still have those auto close app issues.
PA have non of these.

Maybe corrupt download. When downloaded file unzip it on desktop just to test if you get any error in the RAR file. If it unpacking sucessifully then put the RAR file to the phone and flash again

Lol, on cm, i dont have problems with fc's
Pa is in my eyes faster but the last problem is signal!
I have downloaded 2 times!
Full wipe!

Last original fw was open europe 10D
Should i update it to 10F???

Hi, you can download gingerbreak.apk and install it, so you have root...for recovery you can download clock work mode recovery...i used gingerbreack 1 because new superuser doesn't work on my phone

It takes a few minutes, like ten. If it doesn't work, you control anyway if you have root or try some other gingerbreak version. Try to clean cache too

Going to sell my mini, cleared everything and did a factory reset, can't get rid of UC Mini browser, keeps giving notice every
10 seconds, "Unfortunately UC Mini has stopped", have tried everything I know, to no avail, any ideas?

Hello, I'm thinking of switching to this Rom, I currently have the miumix (based on xiaomi.eu) tell me that it does not run well the 10 version of oxygen, because of the bugs etc and for this they recommended me the 9.0.9 , is it true?
