this mods is for deodex only.. To know weather your phone is Deodexed or Odex, just open Root Explorer app and navigate to "/system/app" and check if there files with ".odex" extension....If yes then your ROM is OdexOtherwise, your ROM is Deodexed....The benefits of having a Odex ROM :1. More space in "/data" partition.2. First boot is faster.The benefits of having a Deodex ROM :1. You can customize the ROM the way you want without worrying about odexes
just flash CWM no wipe
Note: If it Doesn't work after flashing in cwm try manually coping and overwriting the 'SystemUI.apk' in the System/app folder. No wipe needed!Also don't Forget to change permissions: rw-r--r--

hm...weird...i really dun know y.but i tried all of ur mods...replacing systemui.apk, rebooting end up my status bar gone...mayb its not compatible with omega v16 jb rom...but the weird part is all the mods in the forum works...believe me i tried them all...lol...anyway thx for ur sharing!!!

Here you go..btw the apk already has center clock and more toggles mods...the only Mod I want in it is black status bar and %battery mod(or circle battery mod with % in center) in status bar..Thanks in advance..:good:

Guys I had the same problem but it worked for me when I tried to replace it manually with solid explorer. Delete or backup the old file before.
Mod please, as you seems the only one to know how to tweak the battery:
- Do you know a way to remove it completely?
If we can have only the percent number it would be just perfectly awesome...
For now I have the disturbing green battery icon next to the gray text battery percent.

yeah, the framework and systemUI will be replaced as well, also framework.jar and android.policy.jar & semcgenericuxpres.apk will be placed in your fw folder.

i am on stock .50 but modified by me a little.but nothing special.deleted some useless apps use a build.prop tweak etc.please...help...i want the reboot options!

hm, that strange. however, i'm on stock .45, .50 is not working for me, i have network issues. but i flashed the zip and it was working fine :S have you cleared dalvik afterwards? maybe cache partition as well?

It won't work on stock .50 unless you have deodexed the frameworks.
@ares: Look in your framework folder and see if you have any .odex files. If so, this wont work for you.
All you need for it is the android.policy.jar. But beware with the XTX and KA roms, cause there are 2 versions of the android.policy.jar; 1 for small app and 1 for no small apps.

Unfortunately, I haven't deodexed a ROM before, but here is a post of someone deodexing the stock files.

thanks for the reply.as you said about the avalaible deodexed rom`s they have a lot of great features wich i don`t use at all!i have my own great features installed on my rom!i tryed to deodex my rom but i get a lot of errors!
This works!! I am on stock .50 deodex... But after flashing this mod, not work the small apps.. Only you have reinstall the small apps to fix!! Thanks brother!! :good::laugh:

Yeah, that's a known bug cuz of different systemUI. U can move back the old one if u want from any stock rom. I tried to fix it but i always get error compiling the apk, sorry

All this does is replace the battery icon with a stock style battery icon in blue, it also shows 5% increments to battery power.

I was thinking if it is possible to create a SystemUI.apk without the battery icon. In this way, using the samsung option (show percentage in setting menu), is possible to have in the status bar only the percentage of the battery (with big number!) and the problem I found is solved!

I guess I can't center the clock, because I used XBlastTools to center my clock in sammy ROM. :laugh:
And, why there's a CM logo on your left side status bar ? How did you do that ?!

Can you mod my CM11 systemUI? It works well from this CM11 S3M version, but some icons are not showing (such as: alarm, vibrate, and some other icons too). Also, can you tell me how to move the signal bar or the battery percentage to the right?
I'm trying to mod the systemUI but it all ends with brut oh, and I'm using SGA2, thanks before

yeah that's why this project named Minimalkat i think alarm icon is showing :/ for battery i don't know but in status_bar.xml i was set it on right :| give me your SystemUI.apk and i will make it and i was on your forum on facebook bro

it is? I think I havent set on the alarm I heard that we still can't change the battery in CM11 but I dunno.. I just cant find the batteries png files in drawable-hdpi folder (the should be tw_stat_battery or something like that, right?)

Hello friends today I present you 1% battery mod based on Stock kitkat battery Style...It is based on Stock 4.4.4 Rom....
Its tested and working on XT1022 and didnt try on other variants...
Since the stock kitkat battery% is white text which is invisible , i have changed it to black...

Yes its possible... We can change or apply any battery icon but it requires little moding as Kitkat has changed the way of battery display and there are no much tutorials ... I will try it...

Only one or little requests (if they are accepted , please mention in thread of requests are accepted)
Along with this mod can you theme status bar like android L like prashanth has done (the one by him is for android 4.4.2 not for 4.4.4 )
Also if you could add android L type recents(if you have seen android l developer preview then you might be knowing what I am taking about)

i flashed with both only battery mod and batterymod+l icons....neither of them gave me % in my battery.....and now my wifi signal icon and normal signal have changed ...they r quite ugly now...
any1 having backup of the og icons...plz post here the flashable zip... it will be really appreciated...

I have changed icons as some users wanted. . User to user have different likes...To restore your icon flash the first attachment again " 1% battery Mod mits619.zip "
Try installing this app https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=de.kroegerama.android4batpercent&hl=en. and enable battery % and reboot...Check any change... If u have odex ROM; remove SystemUI.odex
