no, and i suppose there won't be one. it's hard to port non-open software...
there is a redesigned CM9-rom, though. why not give it a try?

Is it possible to create a patch for cm9/cm10 where you can have the3 onscreen soft buttons? I think it would definitely look cool...is it hard? Can someone do it?

Cm10 has 3 dot menu but donno about cm9....just go into settings>system>hardware keys....

Paranoid Android rom Settings.apk is modified to make that possible. Also I think it calls something from framework's resources to bring up those icons on the screen.
You can use that rom if you want but I have a question: why do you want on screen buttons when you have them on your phone? They are pretty useless and they also occupy space.
I made the patch...only have to recompile framework-res.apk
And systemui.apk is also changed.....will provide a flashable zip tomorrow...

Makes my phone really snappy. Try flashing it. I flash it with every rom by default.
