[Q] There is no USB debugging after upgraded to takju-jop40c - Samsung Galaxy Nexus

I upgraded GN to takju-jop40c. and can not locate the path to enable USB debugging under the path "Settings"-->“Developer options" because there is no the path "Settings"-->“Developer options"
Anyone would advise me the reason? Any mistake I did when upgraded to JOP40C?

Hidden menu in LG

You can see the hidden menu in lg phones by this code
3845#*model#
Lg nitro hd
3845#*930#
Sent from my LG-P930
It tells me "Connection problem or invalid MMI code". What does that mean?
I'm running ParanoidAndroid. Could the ROM affect the hidden menu?
Sent from my LG-P930 using xda app-developers app
Yes. You must be on stock to run most MMI codes, if not all.

Since I haven't been on a stock rom since the day I got the phone, can someone tell me if there is anything useful / interesting on that hidden menu? Does it have LTE options or something?

Thank you for this I was unhappy after upgrading to ice cream sandwich on my nitro HD because I lost the ability to tether my phone, because in hidden menu you can uncheck entitlement check and enable tethering.

Samsung Dock - Wallpaper

For the life of me I cannot figure out why a generic wallpaper starts running about 10 minutes or so after I place my phone on the Samsung Galaxy Multimedia Desktop Charging Dock.
I've disabled the option for my phone to go to sleep within the Developer options but that doesn't appear to have fixed it. I would prefer to have my phone's screen stay off while it's on the dock, but I can't figure out how.
Anyone have any luck or experience with this dock and keeping the phone screen from turning on for a wallpaper?
thanks!
It might be the daydreaming option.

You wouldn't happen to know where to disable this option would you? I can't find it anywhere. I'm running stock 4.1.1
I'd also like to know how to disable this.

No ideas? Not only is this annoying but while this stupid screensaver thingy is running my phone gets pretty warm.
Look under settings ->accessory and see if adjusting those settings helps. Maybe it's the home screen one listed in there

Android Device Manager pushed to G Pro!

:good:
How you get it?
I'm still waiting it on my phone.. It's an Android update or an application that i have to download in Google Play ?
I have the LG E988 16GB Too
Google will push this to your phone, every android phone will have it.
If Google has pushed it to your phone, you will find it in the System Settings > Security.

Ok I found it and went on play to manage the device, keep saying it can't locate the device. Does GPS have to be on? Probably drain battery if it does require to be on.

Well!
With billions of Android phones, it might just take a while (a day or 2) before your device is registered with Google servers...:silly:
Here is some very helpful information from Google on how to get device manager working - https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/3265955?hl=en&ref_topic=3100928
Click link and scroll almost all the way down past the 2nd yellow box and follow the instructions. I did this and my phone was discovered and registered in no time

It took me days to find it, but its under settings then buttons. I cant remember but to see that option you may need to enable development settings which is done by going to settings / about phone and the click the build number quickly about 6 times.
