UVLG3 Radio - T-Mobile Samsung Galaxy S II SGH-T989

Hi,
since I can't post in the dev section yet. i'll have to post this here. I took some speed tests before I installed this radio ([RADIO][MODEM] TMO Galaxy Note UVLG3). Then took some after. The speed tests with the uvlg3 are a little inconsistent but I just wanted to help some people out.

After (with UVLG3):
I was super excited when I did the first test with UVLG3 (bottom of list) but I never got that high again. However, these were right after each other.

Thanks, but this is already posted in the radio/modem thread

Yes I know. I just wanted to show my results. However I can't post in the dev section yet so I put it here.

Dude, I would move....

[Q] Get rid off the Gingerbread-ish on old applications

This issue has been around since clean ICS been released, as I pretty sure it bugs you guys as much as it bugs me. The holo theme is purely fantastic, but the left over Gingerbread isn't. In fact, it is the only thing that make me feel unhappy about Lords' rom.
After googling around the forum, I found this thread: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1448729 with this workaround on the framework-res. It brings ICS look and feel to 2.x apps.

Is there anyway that we can implement this feature on ICS (Lords version in particular).
Thanks in advance!

[Q] What Modem Should I Flash To My Sprint Samsung Galaxy SIII?

I am getting horrible recpetion on my SIII for Sprint and my previous phone was the Sprint LG Marquee and i got pretty much full bars all the time at my house but now with my SIII i get 2-3 bars, somtimes 4. But my 3G signal a super super slow. I was reading on this forum about flashing different modems to my device but i dont know which one i should flash. how do you know which one will be the best?

Which ever one works the best for you. Everyone has different experiences. I tend to use the latest LI3 as I knew they are working on the network in my area.

GPS is uber borked

Haven't been able to lock for months. Been using cm10 nightly and I know they have gps issue. Well I have a need for GPS now so... I attempted to flash everything under the sun to get a working GPS. No dice... Tried 3 TW based roms and AOKP... Nada. Tried cycling data modes and cycling airplane/GPS.
So for the love of god... Anyone have a fix or idea???

[Bootanimation]For RemICS-JB users (or anyone else?) 20th Century Fox intro

Hey guys,
I am still around I am in the background helping out the RemICS-JB team from time to time. I had this intro for my ROM waay way back, but I could never get working then. I found out that WinZip's store method is NOT store method. So, having found out that this does work, I wanted to revamp it for the team a bit. So here it is in all its glory
It's been that long since owning an i9000 so I hope i have boot sound in the correct spot? It's either /system/etc/poweron.ogg or /system/media/audio/ui/poweron.ogg....right? It is attached to this post

I have attached the plain bootanimation.zip if there are any troubles?
I guess I should just remove this, I didn't think anyone would actually like it
