May i know if the front camera on the galaxy note 2 is capable of recording 720p videos just like the galaxy s3 front camera was.

Hey everyone, I was wondering if it was possible to have 720P recording with the front facing camera, like the Galaxy Nexus. Our 2 megapixel camera should be able to do it right? Or is there some other hardware limitation? Maybe one of our skilled developers can include this in their rom!
I don't know about you guys here !!! my note 2 N7105 LTE version and my friends NOTE 2 N7100 international version both produce HORRIBLE pictures !!! I mean literally horrible I bet a 3 megapixel camera could out do it with ease..pictures come out blurry, grainy ... bloody dark on both phones...now I don't know if it's the hardware or the image processing algorithm messing things up. my galaxy s II has an 8 megapixel camera too but the pictures are amazing at par with digital cameras...!!!
can anyone share the camera apk for galaxy S 4 or S 3 ???

my note2 camera lens is broken. any how iam going to replace it with new 8mp note2 cam spare..
my question is:-
Is it possible to replace my 8mp primary cam with (S4 or note3) 13mp spare cam
sorry I dnt know pretty much about hardware.
please kindly rply to my question. .
and also both 8mp and 13mp cam looks exactly the same shape and size.. so why can't we upgrade to 13mp!!

No you can't as they are 2 different phones with completely different hardware. Is that even a question ?
hello,
how to remove 4k @60fps 5 minutes video recording on samsung galaxy s9 camera?
any third party app that record 60fps?
i already have samsung galaxy s7 which records unlimited video at any quality, the phone was live demo unit, so i do not know is that makes it different to end customer unite, because i heard people have restriction on video recording on their samsung galaxy s7 but i have not that issue on s7 record until i hit stop.
thank you
update
after searching on google i found out my galaxy s7 is SM-G930F Exynos 8890 so it has no limitation record because of Exynos 8890 chip so i gues the rumors is samsung galaxy has restricted video recording on s9 to 5 minutes or 10 minutes, because they wanted equalize between global variant chips so usa version does not look inferior to EU version ofExynos 9810.
so i guess we need someone who has knowledge to repack the camera app and remove video limitation and also can add 120fps to 4k video because the chip is capable.
Just give it some time someone will have a mod for it likely

ok thank you
just to confirm front facing record . QHD no limit while rear camera record QHD 5 minutes only so it is software restriction not hardware, we hope to see someone remove these restriction soon.
Can anybody port the stock camera app to marshmallow?
I have been using on5 pro ported roms which comes with a dysfunctional front camera.
The on5 pro is a device that boasts a 5mp front camera where as our J2 here has a 2mp , I get a feeling that because of this incompatibility the camera app doesn't work properly.
Devs, Please look into this and hopefully we find a way out.
