Hi does anyone knows how to add whatsapp in the multi window, it seems tht i can add other apps but not whatsapp. I installed the multi window control mods but still cant have whatsapo on it.
I have the multi window control and I can add whatsapp just fine...
I cant add it...how do you do it?
By using the app MWControl.apk.
Root you note 2 and flash a custom rom (imo WanamLite or Omega) and flash the mod and you are good to go. Works for me as I use whatsapp alot my self.

Actually I'm using stock alj3 rooted odexed and the Window control mod still works fine for me. I can add any app to it.

I am rooted and using android revolution hd 4.1...i add whatsapp,line,yiutubr,twitter and chrome..but whatsapp and line did not appear.

mine is a Dutch one by the way and there's a lot of info like kernel version and the build number etc. excuse my inexperience but I'm not sure which 1 of those info I'm supposed to post for for those who think there might be a solution.

Dont you have any gaps?? Try to unistall something! Works for sorting. Not for filling gaps.. Read that in other threads too.. Something must have changed in tw since kg5..

Works here. Fills out gaps and sorts alphabetically
This has somewhat of a black dialer. But the thing I really like is that it integrated call recording with a dedicated button. States it is for KH3 but I have it installed on VR 2.5 KI4 and it functions flawlessly. And it also incorporated full page caller photo, if one is set for the contact connected to.

Has anyone verified the working of Xperia arc UI port? it includes launcher icons and timescape. I tried it the launcher is working it is smooth as hell as smooth as miui if not more the animations are great looks awesome but the timescape crashes time to time I am putting pics below anyone interested? I can post the links and method.

Here is the file extract the zip file,
Copy the contents of each folder to system folder of phone using root explorer install timescape from app folder and reboot if you have any issues feel free to ask I will try to help you out.

Only with copying this files I don't got a working launcher. When I install some of the other modded ARC-Launchers and copy your files (and install timescape - 2 of them works - 1 of them I got Install-Error) I've got FC every few seconds. Also a restart doesn't change anything.
Copying all the files across worked for me however when phone 1st starts i get a twitter fc and if i want to use the facebook timescape i get fc as well. Still playing around but looks good. Thanks

hey to mod of this thread. i have to point out some of things for you as to why you guys are gettin' fc'ses all the time.i use to be an x10 owner and i can tell you alot of things to it. 1. you're missing awhole lot of plugin's from sony's phone such as timescape twitter, timescape facebook, timescape messages and w/e other are there. as far as porting is concerned it won't be possible because those plugins and timescape is sony coded software, unless you wanna take a crack at it and look into those codes .good luck it won't be fun i can tell you that. you're gonna have to rewrite the whole thing to samsung's codes + arc launcher and all or x10 same issue.. why are you gettin' f'cs well here's one open up the script of apk launcher and take a crack at fixing the screen resolution + all the shortcuts that are with it to be rewritten into samsung's phone. so there's the whole explaination to this. if i can do anythin' ill try but can't gurentee it b/c im still trying to work through alot of things in apks and all, like editing and so ive not got to scripts yet.
I was a x10i owner too before it was stolen this is the reason why I love timescape i did not think this was necessary because it worked for me without this too but if you are facing problem then —
1. change in build.prop
ro.product.manufacturer=xxx
to
ro.product.manufacturer=Sony Ericsson
and add
ro.semc.timescape_keys=Sony_Ericsson_Xperia
You will find above "build. Prop" in root directory-system
Use root explorer preferably

This works pretty well. Can't use the Facebook or Twitter plug ins though. Also tried to install the Arc launcher (which looks better IMHO) but it wouldn't install at all.

Hi guys!
I was rummaging through my dad's Galaxy Note and found the s voice.apk
I tried to install it on my xperia S and booom! worked.
It installs as a regular apk.
No need to install it on the system then it is not necessary to be root.
is not possible to enter the app settings but is working well.

As i say its not posible acces to de app settings but still work.
Some functions like music or reminder not work because there is no app for that no app for that according to s voice app

Installation :
1: put the rom and the MiniTAB-DPI_Fix in ur SD
2:reboot to recovery
3:make full wipe (optional but high recommended)
4:flash the rom then DPI fix zip
5:reboot

If Dpi fix doesnt work you may have to use es file explorer or root explorer and extract the zip, open the folder where you extracted the zip and go to dat/dat shared prefs and copy the mod settings and post it in data/data/xposed.mod.appsetings/shared_prefs. Change the shared_prefs permissions to rwxrwxrwx

You Don't Need Dpi fix, Just install ROM and go to Xposed installer, Click modules and click the box nest to app settings, go into appsettings and pick an app like alarms and set dpi to 800x1280, save and then go back to frameworks and click install update, you may have to do this twice as root may not stick the first time Enjoy!

All seems to be working well except the camera keeps failing. Any ideas on how I can fix that?
Do like it. nice interface. a little small though Dialer didn't work even after pushing to system/app, but I may have done it wrong.
camera worked. No other major issues that I saw offhand.
When I downloaded the OP's dialer, I noticed it came in renamed "-1"... I deleted that portion, fixed permissions, reboot, and it worked...
Now if I could get my camera to work
Lovin this rom already. Was trying to flash this before it was ported cuz I wanted it so bad. Only thing is I cant get a gps lock or real time location on maps. Is there a remedy for this? Other than that this can be a daily rom for me

I've said this in its original thread and I'll say it here, this is what the note 2 should have been. The note 10.1's features have a much more premium feel to the spen and multi window than the default note 2 does. The two original devs did an amazing job, and in glad you've taken the time to port it over to Tmo. Now I don't have to use the half assed buggy port I did myself, ha.
Everything works great. If your phone won't open, then check OP's post above. He posted a new SecContacts to put in system/apps. Don't forget to delete the "_1" from the name.
Also, it seems that this didn't come with the Window manager, so if you want to add multi Window functionality to any apps then download this from the play store.

I just received my used Note 3 (T-Mobile) today that I bought from ebay, but when I turned it on I found that this phone has a custom rom installed.
As for the moment I don't want a custom rom and I want to use the stock software version on Note 3, can anyone please help me how can I do this???

I live outside the USA and it would be nice even that when I flash to stock rom I will have my phone unlocked to use with my SIM cards here on my country.

Another question
I have successfully updated my Note 3 to stock 4.4.2 T-mobile but I haven't seen the new updates that comes with 4.4.2.
For example I don't see the camera icon on the home screen. Or I still have the tabs apps and widgets on the apps homepages.
Did I make anything wrong or I have to install any launcher or something else to make this other changes available.
I attached a screenshot to show you what I mean.

I still have the tabbed app drawer, which is fine with me. As for the camera shortcut, try settings>device>lockscreen and make sure the setting is selected

Thnx for the fast reply.
I had secured the lock screen with pattern this is why I was not having this feature.
I changed it to swipe and everything is OK now.
As for the tabbed app drawer do you know how I can remove it??? I want to have only the app icons without the tabs showing.
