Did you check the mobile network settings?
Also do a factory reset. Maybe It'll be auto retrieved. .
Can you explain what you mean by mobile settings?

Can you get into recovery? If so wipe your caches and re flash your Rom. That should replace any missing files without you losing anything you want. If you want to use a different Rom then you have to full wipe otherwise you'll have compatibility issues.
Edit: you said you were on the n7100 though so make sure you flash the n7100 Rom
i were do as you say, but,it change nothing with my phone,i think that it may be the problem with hardware, some more way to repair my phone?

So I flashed Wicked ROM before doing a nandroid backup AND I forgot to wipe before flashing. DURRRR!!!
Anyway, now I'm in system and 4G/LTE doesn't work, only WiFi. I'm currently downloading the stock ROM because I'm assuming that's what I have to flash now.
Is that right?
Using OUDHS and I had just rooted my phone from the May 7th update.
So why not do a full wipe and re-flash Wicked?
Happened to me once, check your APNs just to be sure

If this doesn't work, you'll need to do a full wipe and flash. The Wicked ROM works perfectly fine UNLESS you don't do a wipe/flash. Otherwise, a ton of wonky things can happen. :/
I did wipe it clean and then flash Wicked, but still no data connection.
Dude you need to select apn . That happened to me too. Go to seting and on apn just select apn.

Dude, yes. Fixed and I love you.
Just came back to twiz after using CM11 for a couple weeks. Odin to 4.1.2 then flashed 4.3 with twrp recovery. Right now I have an IMEI number, but no internet access, no bluetooth mac address and obviously no ip address. Wifi works perfectly, tried removing sim and restarting and all that. Wondering what I can do to fix this? Odin again? Also when I try to access mobile networks under connections, it shows a error "insert sim card to access netowork services"
Btw I didn't restore imei, it was already got. Also didn't want to make new post but trying to edit in stop was causing fc

Your APNs could be faulty. Better Do Factory Reset in Recovery then wipe Dalvik + Cache then re-flash your CM again. First thing to do after that is check your Access Point Names in Settings >Advanced > Access Point Name
Did you flash the 4.3 modem?

Try following these steps http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=50335424 to wipe your phone then install a custom mk4 rom.

Mobile hotspot does not work on stock 4.3 deodexed roms without flashing the hotspot hack. You will need to find and flash the correct version hotspot hack for your rom. Ex. MA7, MC2, MK4, etc.
Do this: Flash Phil's recovery 6.0.7.9, wipe everthing, flash rom of choice (I recommend LorJay's stock deodexed MK4 without Note 3 features), upon first boot you may need to Odin flash the WiFi fix (from your PC only), then boot into recovery and flash the MK4 hotspot hack, reboot and setup phone, Success.
If for some strange reason you still get that error message when turning on mobile hotspot, I'd flash a custom AOSP ROM such as Slim ROM, Carbon ROM, etc. Those Roms have hotspot fully functioning right out of the box. Keep us posted.
Still no good. Thanks for suggestion tho. . Haven't tried asop but not a Fan. Any suggestions on wiping or formatting(how to) the internal part of phone to go from scratch.

Here you go. I recommend the Odin method.
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2086769
It seems as if Sprint has done something to your phone because everything you have dine should have worked. Something isn't right. That's why I suggested trying an AOSP ROM for the time being just to test this theory. Then you can flash back to stock or whatever you choose. You could also flash a custom Touch Wiz rom that has hotspot already working. If that fails you definitely got a phone that's been altered somehow by Sprint. I've yet to ever see this but I'm sure its very possible. Just my opinion.

I am data drop issues on kitkat ROMs , wanted to check what solutions seems to have fixed .
I read that backing/restoring APN settings could fix this issue , not sure if this works on every kitkat ROMs .

Have you tried flashing back to a TW based ROM backup, update profile and prl, Make sure you got 3g and late, then flash back to kitkat. I have never had this issue as long as I've had kitkat on my phone, which is quite along time.

I've been having the same problem.. There were some issues with apns on 'd2lte' Roms.. Which I'm sure you are on.
Read the last couple pages of the liquidsmooth thread over in original development for more info.

Make sure you have Philz touch recovery downloaded. Then go to your reovery and flash...reload recovery. Now backup what you have. Then go to wipe data/factory reset and do a clean install. Now you can try to reload what you had or flash fresh and go back to where you backed up and only recover data part. I haven't done APN....last resort if this didn't work...worked for me!!!
