Anyone have AppWidgetPicker.apk that works with our Notes? - Sprint Samsung Galaxy Note II

I hate the huge widget lists... This groups them together and makes them so much easier to manage. Anyone care to share one?

+1. interested in this too.

I used the one from here...
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=780828
Unfortunately, it only works with other launchers and not TouchWiz.

What is going in here.
ADW launcher EX!
Samsung Galaxy S II
Launcher Pro but I wouldn't run one called kangasoreass, ballzalloverme, crotchlickitycumshot or any other such nonsense.
I'm glad you were able to add go launcher ex in your poll. I have the paid version of ADW & LP, yet the GLex has me set as default (it's free and I would pay for it any day).
Btw, do you want me to post link to that port idea I had earlier?

I agree with both your comments.
.....
I've tried TW, Go Launcher, and Launcher Pro, and I prefer Launcher Pro the most. Before I vote however, I read an off handed comment somewhere about TW being optimized to use the hardware, while the others lack this because they're launchers for the generic android community. Is there anything to that? I haven't really made back and forth comparisons to try to see a difference myself, so I'm hoping to be lazy and have someone else tell me the answer

This is a super awesome idea!!!!!!
All i want is the k spec battery you had on your 3.2 version. the blue circular battery but maybe a green one to keep it asop looking.
The lockscreen options would be a good add.
I use adw ex but any launcher is good.
Thats all i can think of right now.

I have SPB Shell (biggest problem I have with it is that there is no transition effects sliding between homescreens - 2D, everything else is cool) and I agree, people don't want to pay $15.
Also my launcher of choice: Go Launcher Ex
Theme choice (specifically the dialer) below links would be REALLY COOL!

lol thats a little demanding, looks like you might need to start reading up on how to do it yourself if you want to demand things
looks like its gonna need a source build, do you have a computer good enough to build? most of the people that do and can do this kind of stuff are quite busy, and learning to build roms and incorporate features yourself is the icing on the cake
I have no idea how to port ROMs, could you dirrect me to a thread perhaps?

Nah bro. I WISHHH it was available on TW ROMs, but I live without it. HERE is the AOSP messaging app for TW (DL the TouchWiz one) it doesn't have quick reply, but other than that it's awesome and works fantastic, including MMS!
That really sucks... but thanks for the info and rhe link

I use a combination of amiblindyet's AOSP texting app, which is mentioned 2 posts above, and SMS enhancer. SMS enhancer gives you the quick reply from notifications.

Yeah kevin from teslacoil really let a good thing go down the crapper with his disregard for the android community... running apex now and it's great.

Damn ya'll are buggin, I love Nova. What's so great about Apex? I've they are basically one in the same, no? And no I'm not being a sarcastic d***, I really wanna know lol. Maybe I'll give it a trial run.

I loved nova too. Unfortunately kevin made it impossible to theme or mod nova by outside devs. So he has turned his back on people that have promoted, used, and modded the app to match full themes. See the nova thread for further explanation... but in the end it comes down to the android community and since he feels that he can't help those that have supported him for years, I can't see myself using his app until it's rectified. Apex is better I believe anyway. Same features as nova without the bad attitude...

Nexus like multitasking ?

Any one know of any apps that handle multitasking like the Nexus devices do, or even better like how CM10 handles it?

The Nexus devices show a transparent floating list on the right side of the screen where you can swipe away open apps, CM goes one step further and gives you a button to close all open apps. The HTC One takes you to another screen with really small pictures of apps you swipe away one by one to close. Ideally I am looking for the CM version of that, or would even settle for the stock Google version.
Wait until the Google edition then flash that.

You see the whole part about me posting here is that I don't want to wait. But thanks for the suggestion.
TrickDroid rom has an option in its settings to change from sense multitasking to the nexus style you are referring to. Only thing is there is no close all option like CM.

Its a framework change. I've done it before on another phone. And by the way, you don't need to wait for the google edition. CM10.1 is exactly that with more features.

You'll probably have to ask someone to make it for you specifically, or Flash TrickDroid which isn't far off a stock rom other than some theme options

Simple Request

Can someone give me the files/apk for the game launcher. i want to put it onto my Much i5 but my Xperia Play died. Has anyone done this before if so can you also give me the link to that.
I didn't know where to post this so if this is wrong sorry in advance.
The game launchers will work on PlayStation certified devices only so if you want it on a non Sony phone your gunna probly have to do a bunch of build.prop tweaks and probably more then you will care for

Well, too bad I searched all over the place and found nothing good except the fact that it needs Sony stock rom to use by xda source.
Do you seriously need this so much? Actually I like its UI, but cant figure how to maximize its usage like u can manually add(XPlay optimize) any apps into that launcher, so I gave it up and used Snapdragon Game Launcher instead. Now using Smart Launcher, it sorts things out nicely so I don't need game launcher anymore. However, the PS Vita-like of your MUCH i5 is very nice indeed!

Yeah same here. Its a pity this could have been a top selling launcher for anyphone if he focused on it and put it on google play.
heres the apk for the MUCH launcher. it was very unstable on my htc one x when i tested it but who knows. also there is going to be a page of apps that arn't on your phone just one by one remove them then pinch the screen in and delete the page. its some kind of ad page for MUCH's Market.
hay if your still looking to port those apps here is a TUT that might come in handy http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2476050
