Wich app do you use for take photos?

Ehi Guys, wich application do you use to make photos?
Personally i use stock (Ics, Arconium v3) And Camera360 ( Now free.)

I use couple of them, but my main camera app is MIUI Camera 17, can be found somewhere on xda forums. However, I use stock CM7 camera for recording video.

Why the miui camera?
Something special in it?

The photo quality is better than on stock camera, more details and it's sharper.

Found one, force close when i take a shot

I'm currently using Camera ICS from the market. It's doing an AWESOME job better then the stock so far. I might even consider replacing the stock with this one.

Try this http://db.tt/eLNoXMGu . If it force closes, maybe that means it only works on CM7.

I personally like the stock camera app from the 2.3.4 rom from Sony Ericsson.
Just because it's very fast

camera ICS+ faster than stock camera on 2.3.4

Stock Camera app anyday.. Can go upto ISO 4000 at night! And noise reduction is better than others. And for uncompressed JPEG images, I use ProCapture.

[Q] No HD YouTube?

So, this my first HD screen phone. I'm real happy, but I use YouTube app and play a hd demo video it go to hq, not HD. Why? Thanks.

That's how the YouTube app is design, there is a hack app the will let you do HD on network instead of wifi but I don't know if you need to be rooted

yea, i know now that, when in 4G says HQ. so its 480p, not HD 720p. But if you are in wifi it does go HD. Thanks man

yea, i need to be 100% rooted to get 4G+WIFI HD videos.
and I'm not rooted... YET :laugh:

Make sure you reboot after you delete the APK and then install the app.
this is how I got mine to work.

You can even get the Galaxy Note 2 playing 1080p videos off YouTube with Flash player installed, and going to the desktop site.
Now, why in the world would you play 1080p when the screen 1280 x 720 (720p) is the max resolution on the phone? Because it looks absolutely incredible. At 720p, you can see compression artifacts on the screen, 1080p looks like you're watching uncompressed video.

Tip: May not be healthy for your data plan. But if you are at home, why not?

mp4 video recording on cm 7.2

hi all.
i install cyanogenmod 7.2 and i very like it. But i ned to record video in mp4 format for my work. in cyanogenmod it possible only in m4u format.
how can i record mp4 video on cm 7.2 ?

Use another camera or use an file converter (free on the web ).

how to fix came corder choping and not working ... proplems in high versions custom roms can i replace it with the lower versoins vediorecording ....it is low verions vedio recording but at least it works

Common sense would have told you it wasn't possible. If it was possible it would've been done by now. The devs ain't daft.
It's not the app that's stopping it working think what's behind the app.

I don't have a desire but I would like to try to fix the camcorder if some one is wiling to volunteer and test and post logs. Any one?

I think nikez has already fixed it but micro USB not working, there is another Rom from qiss whos camera video is working on 2.6x kernel but never released the source so Yh.

nope, only 2 or 3 phones at the moment can actualy handle that , Xperia ZU, Iphone (hah), HTC one
Maybe ION if you record in 420p for both but you will have to record in 19FPS
..ill ask a app dev i know if we can try and experiment with it
