Been in talks with Nitro about getting him a Razr M so we can get eclipse going on the M's. Now that Hash has SS3 working (beta, but working), and dhacker will probably be releasing a beta build tonight, I'd say it's up to us users to see to it that the development continues to grow.
I could cover about $200 for an M for Nitro.
Now the question is whether you guys want to get him a Dev M or Retail M. We could definitely pick up a retail M used on ebay cheaper, but I'll await feedback from the masses.
Nitro has already stated he doesn't care which he gets and that he will make the builds compatible for both the retail M and dev M's.
So who's game?
If I had money, I'd be throwing it at nitro right now lol ill spread the word some more. Guys, nitro is the real deal. His rom's are freaking solid, whether blur-ish or aosp.

No matter how "up to date" your phones is, it will be outdated in a month. Is the newest best phone worth 650? No its not.
Besides, the LTE phones have horrible battery life. The gaxaxy nexus loses 10% pre hour ON STANDBY !!!!!!!. 4G tech to young to spend $650 on.
Do what I'm doing, I will wait until my 2 year plan is up so that when it is up. The 4G Phones will be perfict.

Thanks! I do agree on the battery life but rooted some 4G phones at least get through the day. Especially with extended battery. I don't mind bulky phones at all.

I Iove thunderbolt and never heard of any issues of it being unstable. Also the development community is HUGE. Some awesome team bamf roms

So I went off the deep in I let my wife use the Inc2. She traded it for a iPhone. So I was stuck using my BOLD. Well it made its way into the toilet. I then got a IPhone. Today I traded my IPhone 4 8gb for a mint condition Galaxy Nexus.
Haven't quite gotten use to the size yet. Haven't even got it rooted yet.

So the verdict is in. I miss my inc2 guys. The nexus is a great device but I just can't get use to the size. I just don't know if I can give up 4g lol. Trying to find somebody local who might be interested in trading. (To the moderators. That was not me asking for trades on here.) I would do the marketplace on here but I don't have a get me by during shipping phone. If anybody knows anyone in the upstate sc area shoot me a pm.

With a heavy heart I am here to confess I am leaving the world of Vivow... :crying: The waiting game for updates and empty promises from HTC and Verizon both, I have made this decision to sell my Incredible 2 and never look back. With that said, I am also saying farewell to HTC completely. Not enough backing of their current lineup in my opinion. I shouldn't have to upgrade to the latest phone just to get the new build of Sense or latest build of Android. I should also not have to depend on community developers to get what I want. Oh well, it's time to cut the strings.
Dev's.. from the bottom of my heart, thank you. Thank you all for giving us your personal time and effort into developing fun, useful, and up-to-date roms that just make us flash-aholics happy!! You will never be forgotten!!

I'm so disgusted at the Verizon/HTC issue that I'm using a "hand-me-down" iPhone 4 until my upgrade comes next week.. worth it to me.. Stick it to the man!

Ah.. those issues if I remember were ROM related.. The phone has always been 100% using stock or CM7/9 ... but it's very picky about what other roms I use.. very strange device I have.. but un-rooted and stock it will be good as new.. cosmetically just a few blemishes and only one 1/4" scratch on the screen... not bad for having it and using it almost non-stop for almost 2 years now.. I have it on eBay but I'm thinking of pulling it.. almost 40 views already and 3 watchers.. unless that grows I'll probably yank it.. maybe.. I don't know..
Any thoughts on what you are hoping to get out of it?

Honestly, I think the best way to go would be an unlocked gsm nexus device because Verizon screws even nexus owners with updates. The gsm version already has official 4.2.1 yet us toro (vzw) owners only have official 4.1.1 and have to rely on custom roms for 4.2.1

S3 are running fine just a little few bugs to be fixed haven't really flashed those 4.2 roms yet stuck on customized touchwiz ^_^

No. The G2N is big enough for all my needs. Sold the tablet and the DINC2 on ebay, got enough to pay for the G2N..
Been 2 weeks now. The SGN2 is just great. Rooted with the Jellybeans Build 16 ROM. Everything works!! Smooth, incredibly fast, great battery life even with the large screen and giant processor. 4LTE is just great! Didn't even cost me anything. Sold the DINC2 and the Iconia A500, paid for the Samsung. Verizon monthly is the same as before.
ROM development for this phone is very good because it started life as a Jellybean phone, so no porting necessary..

Yeah I got this one before they announced the Google S4 variant. Kicking myself a little bit, but my Dinc2 was already on life support. So it was necessary at the time.
I just can't wait to flash good ROMs after the Google one comes out.

If I could I would but the discounts I get and the coverage beats any other carrier out there. I just picked up an incredible 4g yesterday. For free and the form factor you just can't beat. I have a 7in tablet anyhow. Adios all!

Why did you pick the inc over the razr? The razr just seems better in all ways.
I don't know man there was just something about it. It was extremely slippery to hold and I am not a case person. The screen scratched very easy and I carry it in my pocket. The phone would lag extremely bad and would glitch from time to time. I was always having to transfer downloads from internal to sdcard. Just wasn't my cup of tea. Honsestly I havent really ever been a moto fan.

Hey guys.
Recently my beloved nexus' radios decided to quit working. I've tried everything to get them back but the harsh reality is that they just don't work anymore. I made a thread in the Q&A section to no avail.
Decided to go with the GS4 so I have an unused somewhat defective, and clearly used phone that is just sitting on my desk. When I went from my incredible to the gnex, I gave my incredible to one of the awesome devs that made that phone so much better. I'm thinking of doing it again because you guys are so great.
So if you are a dev, contact me and I'll so my best to give it to someone who can truly use it. Whether it be for parts or as a test flashing device, etc.
I can ship the phone free of charge through amazon since I work there so there really is no hassle involved.
Just to be clear, the radios (as far as I can tell) don't work, the charging port is a bit loose and sometimes hard to charge, and there are a few scratches on the screen and around the bezel. Other than that everything works. So perfect for a test device for your future roms.
I really want someone to USE the device and not just turn around and sell it, although I would be none the wiser. So let me know if you NEED it.

Although, it's the sprint variant.
You see, I don't make that much money, and I got this for christmas, sure it's great, but since it's limited to CDMA, I cannot be flexible with it at all.
It really does suck, I've been wanting to sell it and replace it with a GSM Galaxy Nexus, but no one will buy it, everyone already moved on to wanting the galaxy S4 or something similar.
So I definitely don't NEED it, but it would save me some money with me being able to change to Straight talk.
About the broken radios, I can try and repair it, buy a new charging port, buy a new antenna, etc etc, it'd be a fun project. I've already started some development for myself for the toroplus, and the GSM Galaxy nexus would allow me to fully mess with a semi working Ubuntu Touch OS.
And, if it wasn't given to me, which it probably won't, I actually have a cheap 12 dollar otterbox like case for the GSM Galaxy Nexus, I messed up on the order and got that instead of one for my model.

Friend of mine really wants to start developing for phones. And I told him a nexus phone would be the best. But he doesn't really have the money to buy one and neither do I. So he could really use it and he did some development for his old tablet and as far as I can see he's quite good at it. So I think he would be a real good person to have here on the forums.

What is that? I'm not trying to give it away to just anybody. I'd like to help a developer out by giving it to him. Otherwise I'd rather just keep it or sell it.
