[MOD] Phone.apk process FC (Force Close) fix for JVP/Q/R/S deodexed/odexed

FC specification:
- a call (initiate/recive) with BT, headset, speaker or normal
- wait till screen turns ITSELF off (system setting turn screen off)
- wait till the person you speak to hangs up

File from 2.3.3 Firmware
phone fix.zip attached
For the deodexed ROMs just flash it from CWM or replace DialerTabActivity.apk and Phone.apk with root explorer or similar app at system/app
For the odexed ROMs delete the system/app/Phone.odex and system/app/DialerTabActivity.odex with root explorer first and then flash it from CWM or replace DialerTabActivity.apk and Phone.apk with root explorer or similar app

Please install that fix ONLY if you are experiencing phone.apk FC during the call while screen is off and when the other side hangs.
On some devices that fix can bring to boot loops and any other malfunction.

Well I deleted classes.dex files from APKs and so far so good, will report if I face FC
If not I wont reply

unfortunately launcher has stopped

few minutes i installed transformation pack on my Gnex. after that i turned my phone on and i've got error "unfortunately launcher has stopped"
and it doesnt matter what i'm doing its just dont stop to popup..
plzz help me to fix it!!

after i installed and tranformation pack i tryed to solve the problem with installing another rom (i've got the original rom 4.1.2 before that)
i installed GLaDOS-V2.1

the launcher FCs on the other rom as well?

same here,just installed transformation pack on udk rigel r4 rom ,it seems not working on odexed rom,just reflash another deodexed rom,and its work

[Q] Keyboard issue in TouchWiz Revolution V4

I have recently installed TouchWiz Revolution* V4, but the keyboard layout of rom is not alligned and showing in left corner of the screen.(Please see the attached screenshot)
Please help me how can i correct it?

Go to settings===>My device===>one hand operation(in the botom) and unchek the ones that are checked

Actually there is nothing checked in one hand operation, I think this is rom issue.

I too have the same problem. And there is nothing selected in one hand operation.

Set DPI to 240

Are you sure? Because i saw on another forum that you just have go repleace vold.fstab and for other users it works but not for me. I suppose that is because that tutorial was for older versions of miui

You can and it's very simple, juste install this module and activate in wsm tools

Ok, now it works i also had to install xposed inside wrmtools app and now the music app is crashing all the time.. I mean, i dont even use this app but i wonder will there be any more app crashing because of this proces i did?

If any app crashed, just chose the crashed app in the black list

[Mod][5.0][Z3/Z2/Z1/Z][5.x]Camera removed album as default picture launcher

Hello guys, me again with small mod
Many others in my rom Thread/group asked me about this mod
Because the sony removed the defaults to select the other apps and set Album as default
So i had removed Album as default and that you can select as you like (quickpic, album etc.,)

If you need this for your devices just provide me the semcCameraUI.apk form priv-app
but sure this should work with all the Z devices running 5.0 lollipop

and ask us for " to choose the app for picture " but not album until you select

actually my mod on 5.0 had a minor bug on application choose of Face registration and Touchblock force closes
now those were solved in this new 5.1 so no worries have fun mates

I am trying to add it to my rom but I have some problems, maybe you can help?
problem is, if I apply your modded SemCameraUI.apk directly in the rom, and clean flash my rom, after first boot the camera app FC
BUT, if I don't include your fix in the rom, and do this way:
- clean flash my rom without your fix
- boot
- test camera > OK
- reboot to recovery and apply your fix
- reboot and test camera + fix > working fine!
do you know how is that possible? TIA!

i tried already but still FC ;(
also clean installing my rom with included your fix there shouldn't be any existing data about camera after first boot.. right?!
the original lib folder must stay there right?
so strange that including the modded file in the rom doesn't work, while flashing the zip after first boot it then works..!!!??

Everything works fine on my Z3 5.1.1, great job :good:
