Circle Menu Style app launcher

Hello guys i found this style for launching apps on home screen
a looks amazing but i cant make it work for my galaxy s3
Please if anyone can help me out to make it work

Nope. Did the memory leak get fixed in UCCW? I haven't used it since that was a issue.

Why not just use the Circle Launcher app from Google play? Seems to do the same thing as this.

Is it possible to make matted blues theme for stock Rom? I absolutely love it and will generously contribute to whoever makes it.

Is there any way to get the notifications pulldown to change color?

I can't stand the white background in the pulldown and the setting window. How can I make it look more like the Note 3?
