How do I make it so when I change the volume on the rocker it changes the ring volume, notification volume, and system sounds as well like in CM10? I noticed that the rocker only changes the ring volume atm..

It looks like in ICS it's no longer possible to uncouple notification volume from ringtone volume (i.e. modify notification volume w/o ringtone volume).
Is there a workaround I don't know about?
Is anyone aware of a mod or procedure to will remap the volume buttons to control the media volume instead of the ring/notification volume?
Is anyone else genuinely annoyed with the fact there is no volume lock option on this device? When I want to lower the volume with the rocker on say the lock screen, only the ringer volume goes down, and I have to click the gear icon to manually adjust the volume for the notificatons/media/etc.
I know there are manual volume profile apps/widgets out there, but maybe I'm just old school and want to use the rocker to adjust my volume down for all possible audio output at once.
Any workarounds known out there?

i keep pressing the volume button accidently. is there a way i can stop the ringtone volume from changing? just the ringtone volume (not the media, notification, system).

my volume up down key now changes the ringtone volume as opposed to media i mean my songs volume. This happened, all of a sudden, how to change the behavior back to media
