[Q] Help! I think my phone is bricked and unrooted! - AT&T, Rogers, Bell, Telus Samsung Galaxy S III

Hello.
I had rooted my phone and installed cyanogenmod 10. I did not like it and unrooted by deleting the su binary in the ES File Explorer App. However, I was stuck in the cyanogenmod 10. So, I tried using odin and flashing the stock rom back to my device and now it goes through the bootup animation but then stops after the ATT logo shows up and there is a flashing samsung logo. Help! I just want an unrooted device back to the stock rom!!! thanks!!!!!!

Boot in to recovery and do the factory reset. Vol up+home+power to get to recovery.

Battery pull. Get back into recovery by holding volume up - power - home. Do a wipe data/factory reset then reboot. Works every time.

In case no one had mentioned it, i would go with doing a factory reset from recovery

Probly a factory reset would work.....

[Q] Stock firmwar won't boot won't flash and phone won't start

I tried to install CM10 on my GS3 and it stayed on the CM10 boot logo all night so I tried to revert to a nandroid backup, and it then stuck on the Samsung boot logo. When I was trying to flash full stock firmwrae with Odin, it froze on the cache part, and apparently CWM can't mount the cache. What am I doing wrong? Is there any hope for my phone?
Redownload you stock rom, it might be corrupted.
After the flash if it still gets stuck booting, go into recovery mode and factory refresh. Restart and it should work. Your phone is just soft bricked. Make sure you download the right rom for your phone.

[Q]I747 Stuck at Samsung logo after flash from cm10.1 to stock rom UCDLK3

My AT&T GS3 is with CM10.1 nightly.
I tried to flash it back to Samsung stock ROM 4.1.1 using odin.
I flashed it with UCDLK3 using odin without doing a factory reset.
When the phone reboot, it stuck at samsung logo.
I can still go into download mode now.
I guess since cm10.1 is 4.2.1, while samsung stock rom is 4.1.1
the system partition might changed from 4.1.1 to 4.2.1
I think that's why it stuck at Samsung logo.
what should I do to restore the phone?
Many thanks!
Load stock rom from odin on your pc.

If you can boot into recovery do a factory reset.
You're sticking due to the lack of a factory reset - you need to boot into recovery (with phone off, Vol Up + Home + Power until you see the Samsung logo and blue text) and do that.
after flashing with stock firmware and factory reset still on logo what would i do next?

Need help in TWRP Recovery

I'm using TWRP. Tried to flash a ROM, discovered that I didn't have the right requirements. Then I tried to restore a backup of mine that I made prior to flashing the ROM. I wiped all the data and did a factory reset, I fixed permissions, then restored my backup. Restore was successful, and then it said that my device wasn't rooted and asked if I wanted to install SuperSU. I clicked "Install" and now I am stuck on the Samsung Galaxy S4 Boot logo; it won't reboot or anything. I am able to go back into recovery, so I tried the process again but instead hit "Do Not Install" and my phone is still stuck on the Boot logo. Any advice?
Anyone? :/
Go back to stock and start over.

Note 3 is stuck on the boot up T-Mobile screen

Hi guys,
I was running DarkWolf rom and I decided to go back to my factory stock rom (N900TUVUFOL1_N900TTMBFOL1_N900TUVUFOL1_HOME.tar.md5). Did that with Odin and it passed successfully. Now it started to reboot, but is stuck on the white screen that says T-Mobile. I reflashed the stock rom again using Odin and it passed again but upon reboot I am stuck at the same place. Am I freaking out because the first boot up is suppose to be longer than 40 minutes or is there a problem? Can someone please help me out.

That tends to happen some when flashing a stock ROM for some reason. If the initial boot hangs after flashing stock with Odin, most of the time you can fix the issue by booting to recovery and performing a Wipe data/Factory reset and Wipe cache partition.
wow i just coming from there I forget for like 10 minutes me factory reset lol just boot into recovery and make factory reset, thats the first thing we must do factory reset, my cell is working fine + root and custom recovery ( TWRP) and still working perfectly fine, however I can send tar for u just in case

Restore stock boot...if you had root but removed and didn't remove modifications to boot image this will cause your boot loop
