I have the Gen.Y VisionX R3 (ICS 4.0.3 | Sense 4.0A - kernel 30.50 installed on my T-Mobile G2 and can't get any audio while making a call with my Jawbone icon headset.
The bluetooth works when Iistening to music but when I make or receive a call, there is only silence. I've turned off beats audio, full wiped and tried other sense 4 roms but it's always the same problem. The bluetooth is fine with MIUI, Cyanogen etc., just the sense roms are giving me fits.
I've tried other kernels but still the same issue.
I can get the bluetooth to work with Sense 3. Maybe it's a bluetooth protocol issue with sense 4?

i have a really strange problem. I now have a bluetooth sound receiver. All works fine with miui roms. All is perfect... But when i connect with sense roms(Ive tried Android Revolution HD, Virtuous Affinity and SmartDroid) there a a scratchy sound on all volume! Has anyone a idea how to fix this problem. I don't wanna miss sense

I've problem with all ICS Roms for SE ARC. Bluetooth is working, find the bluetooth device but can't pair with it!!! It looks like trying to pair but nothing happened & no serial number for pairing appeared!! Ithappened with several bluetooth devices.
With 2.3.7 roms it works perfectly!
It happened specially with my car BT
I've used several ics kernels too (the official one, the doomkernel) nothing works!
Any help?
Im using Arconium ICS V4 and can pair with anything, my cars gps, other phones of all brands, nt having an issue with this Rom at all. Using it as my everyday Rom and still loving it, cant wait for V5 =)
problem in MIUI
this bluetooth problem is faced by me in MIUI v4 rom.
it shows that it is connected but cannot play music via A2DP to my MW600 bluetooth headset.
I have had a terrible time finding cm10 based roms with working bluetooth. My car stereo might work for 3 or 4 hours but then after a certain ponit all of the roms lately start playing from the phones speaker. Ive tried the latest cm nightly, euroskanks, slimbean, etc.
The only one I can keep working consistently is the slimbean 2.5 with bluetooth on my pioneer deck. Many of the nightly builds from different versions say they have improved bluetooth but I'm still having issues where it decides to switch audio players or won't play through the car deck at all.
So tonight I'm doing a full wipe and reload of the slimbean 2.5 which is frustrating as it's something I need to work as my daily driver. I understand the CM10 is opensource framework and things like bluetooth have to be played with but it feels like they are going backwards with it most of the time. Is there other roms I should be looking at or a universal bluetooth patch that will work on any rom? What is different about slimbean 2.5 that gets my bluetooth working? I figure if I can get some light on the topic that I might be able to get the support I'm after on newer roms myself.

Is it just me, but when I load any ICS based ROM on my DHD then the bluetooth handsfree stops working. It's the same with all my bluetooth devices (Ford built in handsfree, Jawbone Icon and Interphone Motorcycle Intercom). I can listen to streaming audio on all of them but no handsfree.
I've tried Viper, Sabsa, Virtuous Quattro and Infinity, Trickdroid and Primo S with the same result.
Anyone know what I am doing wrong?

Try to install Virtuous kernel. In my DHD, it's works only with this kernel !

So I have a question as to what the difference might be in the blue tooth engines between 4.1 and 4.2? My blue tooth connections when running a 4.1 based ROM are always scratchy and basically unusable. Wired headsets work fine. When running a 4.2 based ROM, my bluetooth connections work great. Just wondering if this is a common problem or if there may be a fix. Changing kernals doesnt seem to help...any help other than the obvious of flashing a 4.2 based ROM?
