Is there a way to take more then a 5 sec video in 1080p and send it via txt or email? Kind of pointless to have the ability to take vids in such high quality and not be able to share it. Iphone at least gives u the option to pick a section of the video if its too big.

What kind of connection are you using?
Is it a quality issue on your end, theirs, or both?
I see Google+ mentioned a lot; how does one initiate video chat from the phone?

Im saving music videos from youtube right on my note2. If hd resolution is available I choose 720p (720x1280) to match screen resolution and to save space on memory card. Only downside of saving videos on note is that I have to be on wifi to have hi def available. Playback is perfect using stock player.

I don't know why android lacks video editing apps but can anyone recommend a good one for note 2?
Sent from my SGH-I317 using XDA Premium HD app
agreed. with a device like the Note2 I don't know why Samsung didn't include some very good video editing. Although the stock editor does have some basic editing features. Slice/Split a Video. Take a pic in a playing video. etc...
Right? Well anyone else wanna share what they are editing with or recommend any good apps?

There is a Video Editor in the Samsung app store. It's nothing amazing, but it works ok. Can add text, handwriting, music, etc.

Is there any app or way to send video thru SMS.
Sent from my Nexus 4 using Tapatalk 2
I am little confused.
You mean MMS than your default SMS app can send short video. (Provided your carrier supoorts MMS)
When composing, tap the attach button, then capture video. It will only capture 20 seconds.
I use "send it". It sends a link to your various cloud drive. You can send huge videos and other files that way

You can get some from the Play Store, Amazon, Netflix and Hulu. Also if you have ROKU, I believe there is an app for that too. Yes those are all paid, but it is a place to start. Also, most networks (at least in the US) have either an app or way to view shows on/from them.
I do hope that you are not asking about torrent sites and how to use them. If you are, then Google is your friend and please do not post such on XDA.
I'm doing Netflix hulu and the occasional red box instead of cable right now, saving a bloody fortune streaming media to my smart tv from my note

Xbmc then add navix plug in and you will get all tv series, movies etc.
I'm looking for apps. .. Nothing I need to buy hardware for. .. I live in Canada so Hulo etc don't work well here. Thanks.

So you want completely free, "latest" releases and current tv series all through an app.... Let me know if you find anything because I've stuck my head in that hole and there's no turtle to be found.
Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I317 using Tapatalk 2
There should be a decent streaming video app somewhere

I haven't heard of any that are free... Why wouldn't Netflix work well in Canada, the Internet is the Internet no matter where you are.
