Blacklist Feature???? - Samsung Galaxy Nexus

I hate to keep asking for this feature from you developers out there, but I have become use to this function previous custom ROM's i.e CM7 and would love to have the feature in one of the multiple JB ROM's out there. Is this feature possible in JB ROM?
I had a Samsung Galaxy S3 with the Touch Wiz interface and the Call Blocking feature was included in the Phone/Settings just like the old CM7 ROM had. Just curious why someone hasn't coded this feature into a JB ROM yet?

Miui has this feature.

I know that but I am not a MIUI fan

Then use root call blocker

Call Blocker Function???

I have always rooted android devices and have been a loyal CM user, but I one of the reasons I flashed a custom ROM was the call blocking feature that was build into the ROM.
The stock touch wiz interface has this function under the phone/settings, but I do not see any of the newer ROM's having this feature which I come to depend on. This is one of the reasons I have stuck with the stock ROM on the S3. Why can't these developers keep that function in these new JB ROM's?
Could download a call blocking app for now

[Q] Best 4.2 ROM with Multiview and S Pen Support

Hi,
I have been looking for just the right ROM, but I haven't had any luck finding it myself.
Can someone give me recommendations as to which 4.2 ROM would be the best?
I still want the TouchWiz widgets like S planner and S note, and multiview because I use them on a daily basis.
Thanks!

Just to expand on this a bit.. You will not find the ROM you're looking for because one does not exist. Samsung has not released 4.2 for Note 2 - so there are no sources available for anyone to build on.
The apps/widgets you're requesting only work with Touchwiz frameworks - so no 4.2 from Samsung = no 4.2 from anyone else with those features.

slim bean and gt n7100

I installed slim bean..but no Samsung apps are there. How do I install snote..music player. And samsungapps.
Please help me.
you can't install Samsung apps such as Snote or Splanner on an AOSP(slimbean) ROM. These apps require touchwiz framework that are only on stock based ROMs.

Aosp and aokp roms don't support Samsung apps as these apps are based on touch wiz as said in previous replies. So if these apps are imp for you so u will have to go to stock or custom stock room

Or you can use alternative apps like GMD Spen Control, Gnote, Keep screen on...
As aosp-holic especially slim my old s2 I may say that note series are ansokute no go for non-tw rom. S pen features are noting to be missed or replaced. And without that this beast is nothing but a chubby usual phone.

The so called bugs you state are only in custom roms that have ported N3 and S5 features. If you want to flash a custom note II 4.4.2 with few tweaks then they are almost flawless. Also I've tried few custom roms with ported n3 and s5 features are 99% bug free.I agree sometimes porting features does break something else but that's what rooting and custom roms are all about. It's trial and error. In the end it comes down what each user prefers.I personally keep switching between 4.4.2 ROM which is heavily modded with S5 and Note 3 features but when i get bored of the heavy customizations I switch to 4.4.2 stock note 2 custom ROM. At times I even switch to AOSP ROM just to get away from touchwiz.XDA is all about preference and the user will get whatever he wishes on here.
I can't stand touchwiz messaging ui, i was wondering if i could just have the standard AOSP one in phantom rom? Any ideas? Also i can't stand the touchwiz widget for microsoft exchange, the standard Android or CM one is far more superior. I don't like merging all my email and messaging into one.
