djintrigue808 created a Note 2 ROM for a T-MOBILE (you can find it here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1959001 but said he would be willing to port it over to ATT if he could get a Deodexed Nandroid of the ATT Stock ROM to facilitate the port.
This is way beyond my abilities - but I thought I would toss this out there if anyone was willing to do one - and if so - we could get Frosty ported over to ATT Note 2.
If you are willing and able to do a Deodexed Nandroid of our Stock ROM - PM djintrigue808 by clicking here
Frosty was an awesome ROM on the SIII- it would be nice to get it ported over here.....
Doing a nandroid is easy enough, but ibdont knoe how to deodex.

Just zip up your framework and app folders in system, and deodex it. I've already done it to my device. You dont need a stock zipped rom, improvise!
Which bloat are able to be removed..that part in lost the obvious ones I know but some good don't know

I suggest wiping /system when going from odexed to deodexed to avoid possible conflicts. If the OS sees a .odex version of a system apk, it will use that code instead of the newer deodexed one.
Or the deodexed rom install script needs to delete the *.odex files in /system/app.

I've recently noticed some rom(i think jedi) allows you to add any app to multiwindow. However, is there any way to do that without flashing a rom and just being rooted? Some sort of apk? I really hope someone takes on that challenge and creates something for us stock but rooted users
If it is possible, please let me know!!
So far the closest you can get to that is by flashing teshxx's stock deodexed ROM and then flashing cmenard's mod. So no, right now there's nothing if you don't want to flash another ROM

You could use this work around.

Why not just use a pre deodexed rom ? Most custom roms are. If you want stock rom try the one by i9000. It is deodexed and zip aligned and has busy box as well plus it can be directly flashed with odin.

flash the at and t specific cleanrom at scottsrom.com or flash the all carrier edition 4.7. Either one will work for you
You can be stock rooted and use custom recovery and then flash a debloater zip without even switching roms you can find the zip here in xda for the note 2

Odex it's how it comes stock. Deodex is the same just easier to theme. If you plan to add on themed or mods use deodexed.
