Slim/generic? - Sprint Samsung Galaxy S III

1. is there an extended SLIM battery? I can really do without the extra bulk, I got 2 kids and already carry around suitcases when I go out haha
2. Can I use a generic 2300mah? Such as an eBay battery? Any warnings about using generic non branded batteries???
3. Can anyone recommend a long lasting battery... cheap? Possibly under 30.00
Thanks in advance

Unfortunately your not going to get that. With added power comes added size. Going from a 2100 stock to a 2300 is only adding 200mAh. im no math expert but thats a very small percentage.
As far as extended slim, 2300 is as high as i have seen them and still use stock battery door.
I my self have a 3500 and its got a big door. But i find its easier to hold with the added depth of the door.

Do you think I should get a battery case or just a bigger battery and for, cause those battery packs look cool

I think you need to get what fits your needs.
If you are a heavy user and run out of battery with stock battery then you either need a car/home charger with you OR find a higher capacity battery/door.
If you dont want to add bulk buy additional chargers.
If your ok with bulk buy bigger battery.

[Q] Wireless Charging Inductive Extended Battery Cover?

Just the title is a mouth full haha. I bought a powermat from a buddy without realizing how they work. I found that i can Wireless Charging Inductive Battery Cover from vzw and still use the powermat. But then i would have to trade in my extended battery. I searched fro quite some time and found nothing anyone know where to find a Wireless Charging Inductive extended Battery Cover for the vzw extended battery?? I really can't tell what would be better charging wirelessly or keeping my extended battery haha ahhh decisions decisions...
found a solution also a solution for anyone who wants an extended battery but wants a case or doesn't want the bulky back. Sedio makes a 1750 extended battery that is the same size as the original battery and CHICHITEC makes a 1900 extended battery that is the same size as the oem battery.

I was reading some reviews on the CHICHITEC 1900 apparently they make the same battery for like 9 different phones and it leaves a gap, it works but i dont trust it. If you want to snag one its on amazon pretty cheap to its 39.99 for 2 batteries and a wall dock to charge one battery and a usb to charge the phone. the sedio you can find on htcdepot. I also read about the mugen 1800mah, but i could only find it on ebay within a few minutes of searching. I also heard it wasnt to great.. Ahh decisions decisions haha..
Yeah, I'd like to get a stronger battery but I like my otterbox too much to give it up for an extended battery. So if I can get an extended battery the same size, I'd be all over that.

Whats the real benefit of a power mat? Yeah it charges wirelessly, but doesn't it have to lay on the mat? If you pick up your phone to use it, it stops charging right? Doesn't this make the cable superior because you can still use it while it's charging without messing with the powermat?
pretty sure the battery door for inductive charging is bulkier than a normal

Seidio 3800 mAh Extended Battery vs Battery cover case

Welcome.
For some time, I looking to buy extended battery, because the stock battery works for me too short.
Already considering increased battery 2000 mAh Samsung, but that does not give too much more than stock.
The second idea was the Seidio 3800 battery, but this expense is getting a bit too big.
And the third idea is to External Battery Case.
Cost is much better than the Seidio, and if I'm counting (2200 mAh Extended Battery + 1750 stock battery) it even gives you more energy.
Can anyone use it already?
How is it exercised?
It seems to me to work like as a charger permanently connected, so it is not an additional battery, but charger, which is non-stop charge the battery.
Do not destroy / reduce battery life?
And did this significantly increases the size of the phone?
Is it possible to choose the cover?
As for the Seidio, a little do not succeed in choosing the right kit.
The manufacturer's website there are several, and I myself do not really know what they are different.
I need one that will enable me to mount the 3800 mah battery and attach the phone to your belt.
Thank you
I have had sedeio extended batteries before and they where great. I have also has a charger case it was powerskin brand but I must say it sucked. The charger case I had made my phone really hot. I'm planning on buying the extended battery and convert case since I need battery life and protection. And I believe it comes with a belt hook

I got the Seidio extended battery too. I also have the case that comes with it. It's big but it hasn't been a problem for me since it eliminated the charging-all-day hassle.

[Q] Best battery solution without extended battery

I've been trying to find a good solution for when I need alot of battery power.
I found these on ebay:
2300mAh battery
http://www.ebay.ca/itm/2300mAh-Batt...341204?pt=PDA_Accessories&hash=item19d1945354
2800mAh external battery charger
http://www.ebay.ca/itm/Black-2800mA...649840?pt=PDA_Accessories&hash=item4167480eb0
Since the standard battery is only 1500mAh, I should see an increase from the 2300mAh battery, but I don't know how much.
The second one seems like it would give me even more, just with the downside of having to carry it around when I think I'll need it.
Any ideas?
I just don't want to give up my Trident case.
both fake chinese lies. biggest standard size is mugen 1600
. however its about 1/2 mm bigger than Samsung stock so if you want to combine with wearable jacket batt.
best value are deji. I can send you one for £15. the cheaper ones are crud. another trick is lying on the %
I agree, I wouldn't trust these. If you can afford it, Mugen batteries are (from what I've heard) good, and they have one that is 1800Mah that'll fit under the standard battery cover.

[Q] Extended battery?

I tried googling, but to no avail. Does anyone know of an Extended Battery Kit for the Active?
I've yet to see one because I doubt anyone (meaning a company) will be able to create one that retains the water-resistant capability of the GS4A. Your best bet may be the Mugen 2750 mAh battery for the GS4 which appears to be the highest capacity that still retains the stock battery size. That's pretty much the best and only option for any "extended" battery runtime.
Oh, and if you see anything on eBay or wherever that claims higher than the Mugen at 2750 mAh run from 'em 'cause they're BS as always.
Extended battery
Its not even available on Amazon....waiting for Anker to launch one...
A little pricey, and not sure of the actual specs, but here is one I found on Ebay:
http://www.ebay.com/itm/New-3700mAh..._Cell_Phone_PDA_Batteries&hash=item338648e7ab
I just did a quick glance. You can look around more if you please.
http://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_trk...ery&_nkw=S4+active+battery&_sacat=0&_from=R40
I wouldn't trust that any further than I could throw it.
If Mugen can't get 3700mAh into a standard size GS4/GS4A battery, ain't nobody else going to be able to do it either, that's my position. Mugen makes a 2750mAh as I noted above and that's pretty much the best we're going to get for the GS4A. That so-called 3700mAh model, nah, I don't believe that capacity for a single moment.
If someone wants to take a chance on it, however, more power to you (pun very much intended).
For us GS4A owners, the Anker or Hyperion dual battery (meaning you get 2 of 'em) and charger setup is probably going to be the best for 'extended' battery life most likely. I'm still considering that myself but I've got 3 batteries already (one Samsung official that's a few weeks old and 2 cheap Chinese counterfeit ones without NFC capability).
Just buy a new baterry
Zero Lemon 3000 for I9295
I tried Zero Lemon 3000 for I9295 (Galaxy Active), but it too sick for this model.
Even when i removed paper from battery it looks like no 100% feet.
You won't retain your water resistance, but I've used the ZeroLemon 7500mah in my S4 Active and wrapped electrical tape around it to keep it in place.
Not the prettiest looking, but the battery life is out of this world.
I bought the S4 Active for the LCD screen anyways, not for the water protection.

No Extended battery for one person do. If you really want, the factory can do it.
I like it

[Q] Battery Options

I've been looking for a new battery for my phone, I would prefer one without the need of a new back cover if anyone knows a good battery please tell me.
I have looked at these two batteries on amazon, but there doesn't seem to be much about then else where. Is it worth the buy?
http://www.amazon.com/Quality-3850mAh-Replacement-T-Mobile-Cellular/dp/B00IKQ435E/ref=sr_1_23?s=wireless&ie=UTF8&qid=1419900089&sr=1-23&keywords=Lg+G3+battery
Or this one:
http://www.amazon.com/4041mAh-3-8V-Rechargeable-Battery-D855/dp/B00QFIBA9G/ref=sr_1_116?s=wireless&ie=UTF8&qid=1419900198&sr=1-116&keywords=Lg+G3+battery
EDIT:
After further reading I find that most slim batteries are a scam. Are there any lower $30s extended batteries with TPU case?
As you found out slim batterys are a scam you want more capacity you have to get a bigger fatter battery its the trade off and you could get a cheap battery but recommend getting one already tested check other threads there are a few

On the other hand, if you buy a "slim battery" (preferably the original LG one), and the one that came with your phone still works, you end up with (almost) double the capacity because you can switch them out when one runs out of charge. This way you don't make your phone twice as ugly and 3 times as thick.
Go with the TrendOn batteries. You get two batteries plus a wall charger at a very reasonable price. I've had them for awhile now and they work as good as the stock battery, if not better. I get the same expected life and they appear to run cooler as well.
