You can disable the lockscreen in lockscreen settings.
I guess so, You can use it in a rom....
Just give proper credits....

You'll need to copy it to system/app using root explorer. Set the permissions as per the standard settings.apk.
Oh and take a backup of the original file in there before hand...just in case.

Have you change the permissions? Try fixing permissions on CWM recovery. If it still doesn't work, then it means your firmware is not compatible

There was not enough free disk space to complete the paste operation.. framework.res.apk SOLUTION??

Untested by me on LPD. But drelite08 has tested it and it works. Make sure you're running stock ROM

No such problems on LP9
Perhaps anyone can upload LPD's settings.apk so that I can make LPD version
And btw make sure your ROM is deodexed

i don't think you can't remove that stupid new google lockscreen affect, i tried and failed lol
i actually have lockscreen kinda like honeycomb but didn't post it since you need to modify SystemUI layout and you can't do that with theme chooser
Not sure if it's me or not, but is the settings menu supposed to be different than the other honeycomb one? Mine is still the same as first version, either way love the progress. Wish I could help out more with your current issues...

yes,i mod the systemui layout sothat i changed the notify-panel and title to HC-style layout.
i got some way to change the lock-ring,but it is based on Ics;things in jb is different,so i am askin for help.

apk cannot change the layout style,so,i made flashable zip file to make a more hc-like UI.
apk is in /system/app,U can unzip and get it if u just need it.and,i am keeping completing the apk theme,but u will not find big differences.All the differences may be bugfix or some better icons

no problem with other apps from google like maps, translate, hangout etc.
I can install them all except google+
It is not a failure in my rom. Later I can give you apk.

1. Rom boots at 187 dpi (change it to 213 inside rom or change it in build.prop)
2. No slimbean Bootanim (will be there in next build)
3. Shows wrong build number i think? (was synced Oct 9)
4. Nova launcher is in an unusual style change the number of rows and column

Yes i know it bro, but based what i read from the website there's a lot of build for 4.2.2, and in this version of slimbean for our device it say build 6.1 , i just thought there's already newer build and that is build 8.
