I have recently installed cyanogenmod 10 on my HTC one x phone and experienced scrolling(main menu, web browsing, notification drawer bar, etc) problem when charging the phone.
Is any one there having same problem?
I have also searched before and couldn't find a way to fix the issue.

I have the exact same problem with my one x running cm10. But I also had it when using stock rom... But on the stock rom i could disable the cpu frequency setting in the Hidden Settings app, but I apparently can't use it in cm10 :crying:

it's annoying, not working well, I mean it's very slow and not smooth at all, but when I unplug the charger every thing goes well and smooth
my charger is working very good, even I returned back to my original rom (4.0.4 + HTC sense) there was not such problem
No one knows what this bug is and how to overcome?:banghead:

Hi. I am currently having an issue with my phone that it keeps going into car mode on its own. I have no idea why this is happening. Has anyone else experienced this problem? Is there a solution?

maybe you could try removing htc car home using adb then reinstalling it
Hi. Thanks for the suggestion. How do I do this?
Sent from my HTC Desire using XDA App
Hmm maybe theres something wrong with your powerconnector. As i am aware the desire starts the carmode if it detects a certain powersource (i.e. the cardock) at one Pin of its powerconnector. So there might be a hardware issue as well (slight shortcircuit or something similar). Is it mainly happening while connected to your poweradaptor?
Er, I have the latest 2.2 ROM on my stock Desire and I don't have this car panel at all. Where are you getting it from? Are you running a custom rom?

That's great, thanks.
So I take it that this isn't on general release and that the app has been ripped from a leaked ROM?

Uh oh. My replacement HOX (first one replaced due to WIFI fault) has started to flash when opening or refreshing apps.
So far I have only noticed it when doing the first refresh on the official Twitter app and on opening the xda app!
Is this a software/programming issue or is it another hardware fault?
What are other people's experiences?

Correct. At the moment I can't reproduce the problem consistently but I will try to keep this thread updated with what I find.

PS Can a mod please verify my account to remove the 5 minute rule? Ta.
I had a similar problem when using the camera app. I was walking down the street and pulled my phone out to snap a picture and as I was getting ready to take a picture I noticed the screen kept flickering. Only happened once thought

That sounds like the screen corruption issue. Was 99% fixed in 1.28 and completely gone in 1.29. What software are you on?
Running 1.29.206.11 and the updater doesn't say there are any updayes available. Since I first posted I have ve only noticed once. So maybe it is a random glitch that I lucky to have noticed
Sent from my HTC One X using xda premium
you screen is back to flash? I since I have it never happened
I've noticed this as well, in 1.29.401.11. Seems to just be displaying some uninitialized data for a frame until the texture/etc. is fully uploaded... has yet to cause any problems, but it seems to just be annoying?
ever since ive had my OneX the Homescreen has never rotated when ive turned the phone round everything else has but not the homescreen but yesterday its started rotating i havent changed anything so why would it just start?

What Rom are you using? Most custom roms have that feature.

I've seen this a few times too - perhaps 3 or 4 times in the last month. Not sure what causes it but I think a particular app triggers it - perhaps HTC Watch? I also occasionally get a weird (possibly linked) bug where I can bypass the lock screen when the notification bar becomes visible on the lock screen.

I don't think the mods will work on stock odexed rom. May be you are lucky to have the feature on stock unrooted phone.
Thankyou very much for works
Hey all, I have a very annoying issue with my One X, it seems to have much trouble playing music..
When I'm listening music via Spotify or via the regular music app it begins stuttering and skipping after a while playing...
Anoybody else with the same problem or a way to solve it?
I have the same problem ...

Same here every once in a while. If I am not mistaken then this is an issue caused when the phone enters deep sleep or something along those lines. Does it always happen to you or just every once in a while ?
Sent from my HTC One X using xda app-developers app
Same problem over here..
Pretty annoying!
by Lag do you mean stuttering at times ? Mine does that at times and can be quite random. Tried doubletwist and ubermusic players but same thing happens in those as in the sense music application.
When it starts for me I just do a reboot and it usually corrects it.
no issues with spotify here.. are you using a custom kernel? are you rooted? bit more info

More likely to be when the phone is switching from power saving core back to the main CPU.
Mine used to lag when skipping songs, over clocking did that trick

For now I have rooted my phone with CyanogenMod 10 ROM using the TripNDroid kernel they suggested.
After I did this the lag has got less, but I haven't really tested it, but I had some lag unfortunately
Grtz

Is it from the Power Saver Settings? I just did that, but I still hear the random choppy sound..!
Running 100% stock. 4.0.4. Using Spotify /w Offline Lists @ Extreme quality.

Hi,
I've got a strange problem with the status bar when I use the standard Internet application with my new HOX (just got it 3 days ago).
The status bar appears and disappears every second and it's very annoying. This doesn't occur with my other applications.
I know I can use another Internet browser (like Opera) but I will be happy to solve this problem.
My ROM is InsertCoin 9.7.0 and I didn't find any options to help me.
Thanks in advance.

To my knowledge this is a feature of the stock browser rather than a problem.
I´m sure someone will correct me if I´m wrong.

Are you sure ? Because on my "old" Sensation, the stock browser hasn't got this problem and I saw a video of an HOX and the guy is using the stock browser without the "yoyo" status bar.

Hi,
Can I replace the Browser.apk from IC rom with another Browser.apk (from Android_Revolution_HD-One) ?
Perhaps this will solve my problem.

In facts, I found this browser (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.beansoft.browserplus) and it's looking OK.
Thanks.
