Hi, have a question about an init.d script. The sd card speedfix script. Im asking about because i find on xda 4 different, 1000KB, 2000KB, 3000KB and 4000KB. So which one is the best for me, im using 32Gb class10. The highest???
Thanks for any help!
Currently I'm using 2048 kb with no issues.

What are you mean all? On any other rom shows me always 576. My phone got 576 of RAM but only on supernova ROM shows me 384. And I don't know now, that ROM only show that value or that is really this rom use?

What is your SD Card size?
Remeber you can create a Internal Rom space of 2 GB max (4ext).
SuperNova uses a journal, which uses some space on your device.
@gjakuipers, We removed the max limit suggestion in the latest edition. You can now make an ext of any size. I know some of my faq pages may still mention the 2GB limit
thanks for your information about >2 GB
And i have installed the new GB kernel from Sibere with all your latest files (supernova).
Works perfect, no lags, no reboots, fast and smooth!
And glad to see that you have incorporated the 2048 kb buffer in the Data2SD script.
no thanks for reminding you about this feature

hey mate,
what would you recommend me for partion, ext3 or ext4?
I'm using 32gb class 10 UHS
on slim bean and turbo kernel r7
thanks in advance
I'm not sure but I don't think it'd matter much. I'm using the same ROM and kernel with Ext3. Works well. Try it.

(Yes, I tried the search, but could not find anything interesting for this question)
The HyperDroidJBX seems to be a good ROM.
But since this ROM is based on CyanogenMod 10.1, does this mean the RedPill kernel does not support Ext2Int?
I need a ROM which at least supports the RedPill Ext2Int feature and which is not so bloat.
It's great to use Apex as launcher, as I do currently.
My international N7100 device is still stock, but rooted. I see no problem to flash something new just to have the memory more normal - meaning that all applications find the external card where it should have been: on SDcard.
Please help with my decision.
The aosp version of redpill should support ext2sd although I am not sure.

It doesn't, as the AOSP version of RedPill only supports CM10.1/4.2.x based ROMs and the ext2int mod thing only works on previous versions (CM10/4.1.x) ROMs without any sort of multi-user functionality.
I'm running omega v12 with redpill v1.30 along with the ad card tweak and it works fine.

He's talking about cm10.1 which is aosp.

Thanks for all these tips. So, I should stay away from CM10.1 and AOSP altogether?
Which ROMS can I use then? It seems that everyone is making AOSP/CM10.1 ROMS only and forget that the major problem of the device is the 'internal SD' memory. I wished the device had none! (At least, this is my major problem with the device. All other stuff works just great)
The app2sd and directorybind mods do work, but are difficult and sometimes apps won't download their content because the 'SD memory' is full. What they mean is that the Internal SD is full since it has only 10Gb and partially mounted to SD via DirectoryBind the free memory on the SD card is negative.
ext2int sd fails to install apps on extsd
Hi Friends
I installed persues kernal followed by EXT2INT SD mod on my N7100 with stock ROM,it got installed smoothly without any problem and on rebooting the device the EXT and INT SD's got swapped without any hitch but the catch i experianced was once i started installing apps.Apps do get installed without any problem but it doesn't get installed on the INT SD[Actual EXT SD],it takes the EXT SD[Actual INT SD] path.Any solutions to this unique problem of mine will be highly appreciated.Thanx and regards in advance

It's depends on which kernel you are running. .. I have a Samsung microSDXC UHS-I 64GB exfat... works perfectly with CleanROM v4.9 with Adam.kernel v2.5. Many kernels support exfat. Check to see if the kernel you are running supports exfat format.
I have flashed LiquidSmooth v2.9 - on my T-Mobile Galaxy S4 (16 GB). I was under impression that I will get more free space as this is AOSP ROM but I see on 9.72 GB available space. Is this just me or other's also see the same?
Is there any way I can have more of the 16 gb space with Samsung advertise
This may be a noob question, any help/information is appreciated.
Thanks in advance...
Not as of now, this is because of the partition used in the M919. Until we can get a .pit file (partition file that can be used in Odin) to work from possibly a Google S4 the only space available to the user will be (approximately) 9.72GB.

If you need space use folder mount app to move large files to ex card that will help until we get a update or somebody figures out how to switch internal / external space.
