this is the correct but.. if you are not able to boot into recovery by using this combo you might have to odin back to stock, that happened to me once when i flashed a rom i was in a bootloop and i couldnt boot into recovery so had to odin back to stock...

Yeah same here. Now always when it goes into bootloop. I can still manage to get to recovery but sometimes it freezes and my Rom bootloop and noway to restore nandroid backup. So I manage to get into download mode and Odin flash New Rom

Phone stuck or bricked?!

I recently flashed calkulin rom 292 now this is were my phone screens only goto. Please help I also included pictures.
That doesn't look bricked. Bricked would be if you had nothing show up on the screen. If you try to go to boot loader can you? It should be power + vol down or power + vol up as u start up.
Go into recovery and wipe data then phone should boot also cache and delvik cache

Power + vol down should be recovery right cause if so it no longer goes there just to the Odin screen an say downloading

Power + volume up is recovery power + volume down is download mode. You are definitely not bricked though. If for some reason you cannot get into recovery just flash back to stock through odin.
Been there done that. Download a stock romm or the one click and instal with Odin.
You aren't bricked.
Good luck
If you cannot get into recovery just follow this video and you should be good to go. Make SURE and follow all instructions to a T or I cannot help you with any problems you may have.

[Q] CWM Recovery Install Attempt - Can't boot into recovery (stock or CWM)

I have attempted to install CWM Recovery on the Samsung i747 (Bell Mobility). At first, I flashed the Recovery using Odin and could only access the stock recovery. I soon found out after searching the forums that the phone writes over the recovery on next boot with the stock recovery.
I then read that I should turn off auto-reboot in Odin and after installing the recovery, pull the battery and reboot directly into recovery. Upon doing this (holding volume up, home and power), I get a quick flash of the Samsung boot screen with the blue text at the top and then a blank screen for a few seconds, the phone vibrates and reboots normally. It seems like the recovery is corrupted and no matter how many times I re-flash the recovery in Odin, I can't boot into it.
Download mode works normally and the phone boots normally. I need to be able to fix the recovery, even if that means recovering the stock recovery.
Does anyone have any idea how I could do this?
Thanks!
Are y ou rooted?

Follow the proper directions for adb push of clockwork. Two methods easy as it gets. No need for odin past acquiring root.
Yes, rooted.
I am rooted now, yes.

As soon as you see that Samsung logo with the blue at the top, let go of the power button but continue to hold the volume up plus the home button until it reaches the recovery screen. If u don't let off of the power button at that point it will boot normally.

Can't boot into recovery?

Hey guys, I really need help here
i am trying to boot into recovery to perform a wipe. what i did was shut down, then power button+volume up+home to try to boot into recovery.
but i cant. It stops at the usual samsung boot screen(black background with samsung galaxy note 2).
what is wrong with my recovery?
oh and previously, i did a full unroot from superSU app.
Does your device boots normally?
Try releasing power menu while you see Samsung text on screen and keep pressing rest two.
If still it having same then flash recovery with odin.

SM-T110 Stuck after flashing recovery

Hi there,
everytime I flash CWM 6.0.4.8 and Philz Touch 6.3.0.1 with Odin I'm unable to boot to recovery. I have to flash the stock rom and the the recovery image again to work around this. I wonder if there is any solution to simplify this process as I have a few devices here and it's kinda annoying
(Edit: I see a yellow warning sign after flashing the recovery the first time)
Any ideas?
You acces the recovery by pressing power + volume up.
Maybe this is your mistake ?!

I press volume down, menu + power to get into download mode. After flashing the new recovery I press volume up + menu + power to get into recovery but this fails (doent boot into recovery. getting a warning sign instead).
Strange thing...

Are you sure you are holding the buttons long enough? This may be the problem
if you let go right when the screen turns black and about to reboot this won't work.
try to hold it almost until the recovery sign pops up. Also instead of booting to recovery
right away try powering off and letting it rest, then boot up and into recovery.
PS : Make sure you're flashing a stable version and compatible version of recovery.

Help flashing MM firmware on T700

I'm having trouble flashing stock Samsung 6.0.1 firmware on my T700. I tried flashing USA (XAR) and Netherland (PHN) firmware using Odin 3.10 and 3.12. Everytime I get stuck on the SAMSUNG logo screen. While on that screen my T700 will vibrate once followed by 3 short/quick vibrations. It'll do this vibration pattern every 2-3 minutes. I waited as long as 25 minutes, but I never get past the SAMSUNG screen.
If I can't fix this, I'll just flash TWRP using ODIN and restore a backup.
Edit: Fixed the problem by flashing TWRP and wiping data and cache. Then I flashed the firmware and it worked. I though flashing stock firmware would wipe data and cache for me, but I was wrong.
thanks a lot, I had the same problem
I'm Beat?

Download mode is Power + Home + Volume Down. Try Volume Up instead. The way to remember is Volume Down for Download mode. If Volume Up doesn't work, then I don't know what to tell you.
