I think Samsung Galaxy Note2 LTE (N7105) have more and more popular, when XDA create independent forum for this device?

You can install N7100 roms on your N7105. Prooflink
Only need to flash N7105 modem after flashing N7100 rom.

Not true - you can flash a N7000 ROM but even with an N7105 radio you wont get a data signal nor wifi sadly.

This is wrong. No such patch exists. Yet.

I would rather wait for some N7105 Development instead of flashing something which could kill your device.

Possibly, but if it doesn't work, then you risk soft-bricking the device. If it does boot up, your LTE data functionality likely won't work.
Please try and let us know. I'm interested to know whether it's the baseband that determines the LTE capabilities and if so we can basically cross flash any ROMS..

any brave souls willing to take one for the N7105 team?
I Get the N7105 now, I want to move data form I9100 to N7105,But I can't use Titanium Backup because not rooted, so how can i root the N7105?

Isn't the 7100 the international version? If so I'd highly doubt it. I've seen many bricks with people flashing the i1900 roms on the epic 4g touch since the bootloaders are different

I got the same device N7105 Note II LTE. I managed to flash the CF-N7100 auto root (the one without CWM) by odin and works very well. It doesn't break the LTE/4g connectivity, nothing wrong on the IMEI no. So you can try it ....
I also use titanium backup to restore my apps and data from GS3..... everything's alright. LTE speed is really amazing....
but please don't try to flash any N7100 rom, someone reported it doesn't work on LTE

I don't think so unless Samsung cheat all of us that N7100 has exactly the same antenna/hardware with N7105

Why would Sammy sell more expensive hardware at a lower price?
I flashed a N7100 rom on a N7105.
All apps work except data/3G/SMS/MMS. No cellular connection.
To recover, I downloaded a stock N7105XXALIJ rom and flash it using PC odin.
Everything is back to normal. 3G, 4G, LTE, sms, mms, data all working.
Then I rooted it using this guide:
http://forums.hardwarezone.com.sg/s...-rom-flashing-tutorial-r-d-stage-3942841.html
Everything is perfect so far.
Thinking if remove the modem then replace the drivers with the N7105 one, will flashing the ROMS work?

Already tried, it isn't as simple as this.

Are the custom roms for the N7100 model flashable on 7105 model?

I'm gonna buy a note 2 LTE (N7105 model) but i don't know if the customs rom of the note 2 GSM (N7100) are flashable on this phone. I asked this because the custom of the lte model are very few.. and i love to flash roms.. Please answer me!

my friend changed his phone in brick after flashing i7000 rom
You can flash 7100 on 7105 HOWEVER you'll need to do some modifying of system files
[HOWTO] Port N7100 ROMs to I317 and N7105
Check out this thread from teh AT&T forums. It'll apply the same in regards to libs, etc files
Also you'll likely need to replace the boot.img/kernel with one for the n7105 and remove any modem from the ROM zip as that would be a way to brick your device

You can flash other roms on both versions M919V and M919. Just use your kernel for YOUR device.
Time to update my guide.

yes, after you flash the stock rom, before you boot make sure you use the KERNEL provided for your device.
It will work.

I have downloaded the T-Mobile Rom. I need as well the kernel for my device ? where can i get the T-Mobile kernel ? What if i want to switch back to M919V kernel where can i find that one ? After i flash the t-mobile rom+kernel , i should be able to flash the T-Mobile Roms ( wicked, infamous etc.) ?
Thanks for your help.
I have a question regarding my SGH-M919V as well. After I upgraded to 5.0.1 I haven't been able to turn on my WiFi or Bluetooth. I'm brand new to rooting and flashing and am just starting to understand the difference between bootloaders and modems and roms and all that. Well, my question is how can I fix my WiFi? I've read a ton of forums where people have similar issues and there are fixes, but often for the american Galaxy S4 (as far as I understand it). Should I downgrade to 4.2.2 to fix WiFi? Is there a kernel I can install that will fix it?
Thanks in advance, I appreciate anyone who respond's patience,
D
Based on my research, that's a Canadian S4. They're intended for a subset of Canadian mobile providers: in this case, Wind, Mobilicity, Videotron, and Eastlink. There is also an SGH-I337M (this time a variant on the AT&T version) intended for use with Rogers, Telus, and Bell.

[Q] ROMS are limited for N7105. Will N7100 work?

There are very few ROMS available for the N7105. Would the N7100 ROMs work? I assume I would surely lose LTE, but that is not an issue for me. I have no LTE anyway.
Try at&t version threads. Currently im using jedi rom on the at&t version and my orginal phone model is n7105. Be sure to make a backup of your phone. And download the necessary csc files just in case.

[Q] flashing N7105 to T889

can I flash stock rooted ROM of N7105 4.3 to unlocked T-Mobile t889 4.1.2?

guys ...any reply please
I would like to know the answer to this too for the record. People say the hardware for both the N7105 and the T889 and I317 is similar but there's no concrete information other than someone 'saying so'.

Hardware is basically the same except modem, so any roms that have a modem must have an i317 or a t889 modem in its place, or the installer script must be updated for the removal of the modem out of the zip.

Guys, I had the same issue, you could install any roms from n7105 roms... Then install modem and update VPN... Try dn3 roms... Its good.
