What's in a (screen)name?

As they say what's in your name, I decided to post this. Couple days back it hit me that what do all those xda screen names mean? How did you come up with it? I am just curious. I hope this is a fun thread.
Side note: If any of you think this is lame or stupid, umm don't post and move on. If mods think this shouldn't be here, delete it. I won't mind at all. I thought about posting this in off topic but I don't know how many of us in the awesome E4GT community go there?
I am gonna start off..
BluesRulez- Blues here mean the English football club, Chelsea FC. They are one of the richest and top Euporean football clubs. Yes, I watch soccer.
Don't get me wrong I watch NFL Redzone all day on Sundays and I love American football too.

My initials and the year I joined xda.
I actually wish there was a way to change it.

Well, I've been using this screenname in one form or another since the mid 90's. Its become sort of a trademark for me. Evil Konceptz(a play on concepts obviously ) started when I got into cracking security. Evil cuz cracking security is bad(if done for the wrong reasons) and konceptz for the ideas I conceive of ways to crack the security. It just kind of stuck and has made me somewhat infamous in the circles I run in the interwebz. It was also a name I've used offline in my art(tattoos, graphics, tagging, drawing and sculpting) because a lot of my work revolves around darker things, demons, skulls, monsters etc. There's alot more to it but too much to post here

Last name followed by my first initial. Patrão is actually the portuguese spelling of patron in spanish. Same meaning. Yes like the tequila lol

started as a graffiti name (and still is), and it (or variations of it) just became my "online identity" for the last fifteen+ years.
I always feel a bit sorry for the ppl that choose their nick based on the phone they had when they became a member.
the phenomenon i've always found compelling is the avatars ppl choose. my favorite is when no-homo-dude-bros use pics of hawt chicks with big boobies as an avatar. it makes no sense to me. i would always choose an ava that somehow "represented" me, the idea being that when ppl see your nick and ava, they get a sense of your personality. why would a guy use a pic of a chick to represent himself? (i've been known to troll a few: "hey, you look like one sexy chick, got anymore pics of yourself?" "dude! i'm Not a girl!" "oh, sorry, you sure look like one in your avatar! you sure?" )
I could go on at length about this, actually, i've got a theory, but i'll save that for another thread.
(oops, just noticed that BluesRulez has a chick ava. sorry, no insult intended, if you're a guy. srsly)

Cause I like the way it sounds. I just added another S in front of it cause I drive an 01 camaro Super Sport. I also like Striker from Mortal Kombat. Lol

You are obsessed with this. With as many times as you posted this you could have done it yourself using his guide. I flashed one I have for 4.1.1 and it worked for me, did you even bother trying to flash it??? I don't have the thread link and I'm not posting it because I can't credit the dev who made it.
Edit: heres a screen to prove it works. I'm running my own rom, Lab Rats.

It was a mod I found from the verizon forums. It might even be the one in the op, let me check.
Edit: haha yep that is indeed the correct thread. The irony of the op begging someone to do it while posting the link to one that would work is priceless.
Just flash his zip. I'm not responsible what happens tho, as I have only flashed it on my rom.

you should have noticed this is only for jelly 4.1.1 which
Obviously I'm not on ....
When you can get this working for 4.1.2 or 4.2 then you can act like ur smart.

Because I don't give a f#=$.....and......I'm not on 4.1.1 and don't wanna bother getting Linux or work a VM in windows and don't feel like reading stuff for 2days on how to compile decompile and all that junk and also cuz I had a q/a about it....and not sure if its for general or themes and apps or for the dev section or whatnot
That and I really want it for this huge phone and I'm sure if someone got it for all jelybeans their thread would blow up.
P.s. you should see how many ppl even I pmed....and I cpulda sworn I pmed you also Mr project lol

yes and i told you earlier it works on 4.1.2 as well with only a few minor bugs.

Lol I give him crap...but I bothered with so many questions. He helped me tons.
I need to add it to the OP but I'll take requests. Hell, I started the blue theme cuz poison was asking for one and it turned into my first release. ..
I figured, if the theme has all the parts it needs to be complete theme then I should be able to change an update it fairly easy. Its more in finding a good png...took me 2hrs to make the landscape png for the red. ..lol

[Leak]Official Imgur Android app

Here's the official Imgur app for android. It works anywhere and is fully functional, however it cannot be updated due to location checks. When you open it it will ask to update the app, just select "remind me later and proceed using as normal. It is laggy and a bit buggy since it's still in BETA. Most of the lag is in the custom menus which have to override androids built in menu. Feel free to report bugs you find so other users are aware of them, however there is nothing I can do to fix them except try and pull and add updated apks as I find them.

I updated the link try now. I moved the file into a folder instead of the root directory and made a new link and it's working on my end I'll add a dropbox link too until I can upload to a hosting Site tomorrow, need to sign up for one.

I've always used the imgur for android app by colin edwards on the play store. Still do actually cuz this one's still a little buggy for me

I had a friend of mine in Australia pull the apk and send it to me. All I did was rip out the 2 dozen or so location checks so it would work outside of Oz. It was checking gps, network location and IP locations and had it scattered all about the entire app. Took me a few days to find em all and not break the app in the process. I was actually surprised it still worked after removing atleast 10% of the file size worth of location checks.

Only thing I could think of would be a bad download. I haven't had it happen before and there's no reason it should be greyed out, so I would try redownloading it first.
